History

Established in 1997.

My name is Ron Finch and I am the owner and operator of Renewal Siding and Windows LLC (Renewal Properties DBA). I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. My work career started with electrical construction doing commercial and institutional work. After working a short time in the field, I worked as a project manager, estimator, and engineer. Since buying my first house in 1974, my hobby has been residential remodeling work. In 1994 I began working for other people repairing and remodeling their homes. In 1997 I obtained the phone number that we use today and began operating under the name of Renewal Properties. In 2005 I began to specialize in windows and siding. We now have an employed staff of craftsmen who enable us to provide turn key services in a variety of remodeling projects.

My wife Patty and I have lived in the same house in the Klein ISD just south of The Woodlands since 1981. All five of our children have graduated from Klien ISD and Patty was a teacher with Klein ISD until her death in 2011. I coached youth soccer with Klein Soccer Club from 1988 to 2008.

I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and love building things, meeting new people, and riding my bicycle.
