I saw Doctor Prehn’s associate for my tmj disorder. The first visit was around $ 350 I believe. Nothing is covered by insurance. They did thorough X-​rays and explained them in detail. The doctor told me I need to have tmj treatment. All the treatment basically entailed was a special type of mouth guard for tmj at the oh so affordable price of $ 4000. I am a nursing student so this was not a realistic option for me. I told them maybe in a few years but right now I don’t have the money. So the doctor prescribed me an anti-​inflammatory and a muscle relaxant to alleviate my jaw pain and migraines caused by my jaw pain. When I called to ask for a refill they said they can no longer help me because I refused to accept their four thousand dollar treatment. So be warned, these doctors do not care about their individual patients. They are just trying to make a quick buck.

The doctor is the best! We have fought TMJ for our daughter for over 10 years and we have finally found a doctor that has been able to help her. BUT, you better have your wallet ready with lots of thousands in it as his office has no skin in the game for your insurance and they really don’t care if you get your money once they have ran your credit card. THEY could care less!!! They do not fill out insurance as it is outsourced and YOU will have to file with health then wait months for denial from them then wait for month for dental insurance to pay about $ 25.

It is an absolute Godsend to be able to finally get a good nights sleep. Since I have been using the dental appliance that Dr. Prehn made for me, I have been sleeping like a baby. I feel better and more refreshed than I have in in MANY years. My wife alos thanks you, because now she can sleep too. The great Reggie White from the Green Bay Packers had sleep apnea, and it killed him. His birthday was the exact same day and year as mine and I really want to meet my grandchildren. Thanks to Dr. PRehn from the bottome of my heart that God willing, I will.
