The Mortgage division specializes in residential home loan financing for Primary homes, 2^nd homes and residential investment property. Our office is located in Spring, TX (between Houston and The Woodlands). We do mortgages primarily in TX but will happy to assist with property financing in other states (PNC is the 7^th largest bank in the US and has been in business since 1852 and lends in almost all states).

Al is an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator, specializing not only in meeting Clients needs but in analyzing their financial situation and providing clear, consistent communication throughout the mortgage loan process.

As a former Account Executive for several major lenders, CFO and then president of several other operations, Al is very happy to be working for PNC Mortgage (div of PNC Bank NA and part of PNC Fiinancial Services) — one of the oldest (1852) and largest financial service companies in the US and with a strong dedication to integrity and customer service.

PNC Mortgage offers standard conventional as well as FHA and VA mortgage loan programs — along with HARP II and portfolio Jumbos (with exception underwriting allowed). The new «Seamless Delivery» system ensures a quick turnaround and closing of mortgage loans as well as a simplified process for the consumer. Also, we have a guranteed loan closing program (ask for details). Mortgage loans can be closed throughout the US
