Absolutely gorgeous store and extremely wonderful customer service! We had two guys helping us — Juan and Tony were incredible from hello to check-out to include calling other stores helping us get everything on our shopping list! We found everything on out list and more! Quality and price exceptional! We will visit this store again!

So not a fan of this place! We bought a coffee table from this Pier 1 about a month and a half ago. It had to be ordered since they didn’t have any in stock, and they said they would call when it arrived and was ready for pick up. After a week, I called them because I hadn’t received a call and I found out that it had arrived a few days earlier. They only have a few hours a day that you can pick up at this location, so I had to rearrange my schedule so that I could pick it up within their window. I had to go to the store, wait in line, close out the order, then follow someone to the off-site storage facility to pick it up. When I got it home, we started putting it together and realized that the corner of the table was bashed in, like someone had put it down while it was in the box on the corner. So, we had to load it all back into my car, go back to the store to make the return, then go back to the off-site location to drop it off. Another coffee table was ordered and was ready for pick up within a couple of days — this time I was called when it arrived. We got it home and we had the same issue with the corner. At this point, I was so frustrated. My husband and I were so careful to make sure that we did not set it down on the corner when it was in the box, so I know that this had to have happened in the shipping process. I called the store to see what they could do to replace it without me having to make the trip back to the store and having to go through the process all over again. They said they would reorder the table, and have someone deliver the new one and pick-up the damaged one. Again, I didn’t get a call when it arrived, and then when I called the woman on the phone goes«Oh you need pick up times?» I was really frustrated because she looked up the order to see if it had arrived and she should have seen that it was to be delivered. She told me someone needed to check the table before it was sent out for delivery and I would be contacted after that. I didn’t hear back for 2 days, so I called. They checked it that day and then gave me a phone number of someone to call to have it delivered… I had to set up the delivery. It took the delivery guy 2 days to get it to me — he told me he’d bring it Monday, and if he couldn’t he’d call me to let me know, and I never heard from him. I had to call Monday night and he said he’d get it to me Wednesday morning, but he would call to confirm on Wednesday morning for a time, but he called me when he was at my door. The coffee table is finally not damaged and put together and looks great, but it took way too long to finally get it right. I don’t like how I had to track down the table, multiple times, go through the time consuming process of picking it up and returning it, and had to set up the delivery w/a third party. I’ll probably never shop here again.

Mediocrity comes to mind when visiting the store. They did not have the four baskets they reported to have on their pier 1 website. I only drove 40 minutes to get there. They had one basket. Needless to say, it was very disappointing.

This store feels like they cramped everything they possibly can in a small space. The staff tells me that it’s a very busy store since its right off the highway. Also, the staffs were very helpful and nice. They sold out the item I needed so they searched in the other stores and called to hold the item for me.
