O’Reilly’s is one of the many local auto parts stores in and around my area.
The prices are competitive and they keep a pretty good amount of stock.
The rating would be higher if the staff was more in tune with customer service.
While there are several fantastic employees, there are a couple that are so bad they hurt more than the great ones help. It’s a shame, because if it weren’t for the bad apples, this would be my go to store. But, it’s no pleasure leaving the store wanting to choke some a**hole out and then having to go work on your car, even if you enjoy it.

I called for a part for my Dodge truck, they said they had it. When I got there it was no where to be found. I have worked at parts counters before, so I understood… but still needed the part. They called another location and they «put there hands on one» and told me to drive over or they could have someone bring it to this location by the end of the day. I opted to go get it, everything worked out perfectly.

i went in there for a few things, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I also told him that I had a code that needed to be checked in my car due to a «check engine» light going off, and the staff member came out and hooked his little code reader machine to my car which told me what needed to be fixed so it could pass inspection. I also needed a new battery for my remote control clicker thingy, and he opened it up and replaced the battery for me. Super nice guy – I’m going there for any car accessories I need from now on
