I would give 0 star to this place, what I saw wrong in this McDonald’s is the people who work there, there are some that wanna work but the rest just look like they wanna go home and they should, the lady’s that take your orders aren’t even paying attention of your order cause they are more concern about what time is it No organization, the drive thru every single order wrong or no napkins so you still got to get out the car SOWHATSTHEPOINT !!! Dirty floors, parking lot, bathroom etc etc, it’s shame how people can drive business to the ground but it is what it is

After I paid I was told to pull across to a head in parking. There was a car pulled ahead, food not ready. I told them I didn’t want to park where I’d have to back out. Last time I did I was almost hit and yelled at. The manager Brittney told me I didn’t have a choice. I told her about my fear of being hit and she told me it wasn’t their fault that I was almost hit the last time. I asked for my money back if I had to go park there. I’m fine pulling up ahead of the window but there was already a car there. I informed her it wasn’t my fault that they weren’t getting their food out fast enough. She was even ruder after that. It’s not the first time that I have been treated poorly at that McDonald’s. It is the last time that I will go there.

The drive through workers are unable to hear and speak clear English and I do not speak Spanish. Be prepared to spend a great deal of time placing your order. Also check your receipt and your food before you leave. Sad state of affairs at this store I find it faster to go out of my way to another McDonalds.

I waited 14 minutes in a drive thru line for Chicken nuggets and 2 burgers while everyone else kept getting their food. I finally went in and they were packing up the food. I took it out to find the entire order was made wrong anyway. Terrible employees and terrible management. I had to wait longer to get food remade and when I asked what they would do for me for making me wait so long, I was told free shakes if you want but no refund. Shake machine had overheated so I left with no shakes either. This location needs to be taken over by corporate and the franchisee never needs to be sold another location. I always go to this location and its always something. Cold fries, wrong drink, no cheese on my chicken sandwich. What happened to customer service!!! They employee didnt even greet me. I mean i cant help it that she chose are had to work there. I said, hello and thank you. Have a nice day and i got no response. I wanted to be a smart ass but i let her have it. I dont like given money away and sometimes it feels like that is what’s happening here. I am never satisfied. Today i asked for a large Dr. Pepper and a root beer. I got two Dr. Peppers. Sad the receipt had the right thing but of course I was handed the wrong thing.

I will never understand why every order at this mcdonalds is missing something. The last three visits in drive thru have resulted in me returning to get the rest of my order. Ridiculous.

This is a fairly new McDonald’s and is still nice on the inside and outside. It is in the parking lot of the HEB we use for groceries, so if we want a quick bite after shopping we usually go here. The drive thru line moves fast and there is never a long wait. A couple of times they have not given me the sauce I ask for to go with the nuggets. That is why they are only getting 3 stars instead of 4. Overall though no issues with service, speed or accuracy on my orders.

I always find it difficult to rate chain restaurants because I never know if the rating should be compared to every other restaurant or just other chains. For example, I’m giving this McDonalds a 4 star rating. I hope that a fellow Unilocaler knows that it is 4 stars on the McDonalds scale and not to be compared with a 4 star rating at some high end restaurant. I hope they don’t get offended when they discover the dining room doesn’t require patrons to wear a dinner jacket. Then there is the issue of how many stars to give. I used the drive through(as the vast majority of people probably do at this location) and got my order quickly and accurately. Some might argue that this is what they are supposed to do and that should only warrant 3(or even fewer) stars. However, I would counter that by giving me my food quickly and not messing up my order the restaurant has fulfilled my every expectation. I mean, it’s McDonalds… what do we really expect? The food is so standardized that one really can’t rate it(unless it comes out cold or something). What more could a fast food franchise store do to wow me? Bikini drive through attendants? Not if they’ve been eating their own food! Get to know me on a first name basis? I wouldn’t want people to know I ate that many Big Macs. So in the end I give them a 4 star rating for meeting every one of my fast food expectations while also being pleasant and courteous. I still have a star in reserve for when the restaurant institutes a «Free Puppet Show While You Wait In Line» policy.
