Went here last week to buy mattresses, but didn’t have the best experience. I was wearing sweats, had my hair in a bun and had on no make up. I guess that equals, I’m poor. The sale guy kept showing me crappy and cheap mattresses. When I finally mentioned that I had just bought a 3,000 $ sterns and foster, and was looking for something similar, his eyes got big and I was then allowed to look at something a little better that the crap he kept showing me. We left and went straight to mattress Firm in the same parking lot and purchased mattresses — great service there !

We purchased a $ 2,000 king mattress from Mattress One on Grogans Mill Rd. After 18 months it was sagging and I called for information on the warranty. To my shock and surprise they were wonderful! I had to take pictures and send them the information, but within a very short period of time we were allowed to choose a new mattress and have it delivered. The only stipulation was a small delivery fee, but I certainly think that is reasonable. A very pleasant experience for us.

Do not go here. Their return/​exchange policy is extremely shady. They guarantee a 120 day comfort warranty but if you actually use the exchange policy they price gouge on the replacement mattress. We were talked into a high end mattress and after 2 weeks we decided that it was uncomfortable (Sean, our sales guy told us it takes a few weeks to adjust to a new mattress) tried to exchange and they raised the price of the less expensive mattress by $ 700, I feel scammed.

Very unscrupulous business. We received mattresses that were clearly marked as floor samples, even though we paid for NEW mattresses. Talked to the manager, who said that we would not be sent new mattresses. «Not going to happen» were the precise words spoken. Tried to contact the corporate office, but received no response. Called Stearns and Foster, who were of no help either. They were willing to do absolutely NOTHING. (I actually met the Stearns and Foster rep when I was there and he seemed so nice and genuine… oh well, I guess they pay him to be that way.). Spent three thousand dollars on mattresses and will never buy one again from them. Even if they are still in business. Places like this have a way of disappearing. You cannot treat people the way we were treated without word getting around.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE IT’S THE EBOLA VIRUS.
