Mann Eye Institute’s Spring, TX, location allows us to bring our exceptional level of patient care to this flourishing suburb. At the Spring location, we offer general eye care services, eye exams, and pre– and post-operative care for Blade-Free LASIK, laser cataract surgery and other vision correction options. In addition, our Spring office features a large optical shop with full finishing lab for expedited service on new glasses.

Business Owner
Dr. Mike Mann specializes in cataract and refractive surgery, including LASIK. He has been performing cataract surgery since the mid-1970s and began performing refractive surgery in 1981 with radial keratotomy (RK) procedures. He has since performed thousands of cataract and refractive surgeries on patients from all over the world.
VISX and WaveLight, leading laser companies, have honored Dr. Mann as one of the top 100 refractive surgeons in the United States. Dr. Mann is currently involved in FDA clinical studies, and he has taught numerous cataract and refractive surgery courses to hundreds of other ophthalmologists.
Dr. Mann earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University and completed a rotating internship at Baylor College of Medicine. He served as flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force in the United Kingdom before completing his residency in ophthalmology at Tulane University.
