So everything was fine when I came until the next day my heel started itching. To come to find out that this place gave me foot fungus, that’s all I have to say. $ 35 pedicure and manicure /$ 100+ worth of medical treatments. Not worth it, pay a little extra to a place thats clean and good.

I seriously wished the people here were a lot more nicer and welcoming. It was a very horrible experience for such a nice establishment. What a waste. Went once and will never return. Don’t let the nice location fool ya. Staff is rude.

This place is amazing! It is clean, sometimes busy but they get you in and out as quickly as they can. I recommend Ni(like Knee) Tell her that Karrie sent you. There is also another one that is good to NINI(Like Knee Knee). I can get a mani and pedi for $ 35– I moved an hour away. I still come there when I am in the area. They also do really good job on eyebrows being waxed:-).

update: they lowered the extra charge to take off shellac when getting a shellac manicure by one dollar. – I’m unsure about the cleanliness of this place. I’ve never actually seen them clean a spa tub. I would give this place more stars if it weren’t for the reasons listed below. Cons: 1. Extra charge to soak off Shellac when getting a Shellac manicure. The price of the manicure should account for that, as it does at every other nail salon that I have been to. This would be my «go to» nail salon if not for this extra charge. 2. Drinks are only offered to certain customers here. I have witnessed other customers get offered a drink on two separate visits, but I was not. 3. Customer service is lacking. The host seemed irritated by me asking about pricing and services offered, although it was my first visit. Pros: The combo deals. For example: free regular manicure with a deluxe pedicure

I have come to this place since at least 2009… and sadly this is my last time I will visit this establishment. Typically I make an appt but the last two times I have tried to do so… the person I made the appt with overbooked and I was so disappointed with how it was handled I left. This place has always been busy(I used to go to the place across the street from this one) but I came here once and loved my nail tech so I became a regular. She left and I started going to her family member. It has def gone downhill in these last few years. They used to allow teens to get a discount for services 13 and under. My sister came in with my niece and the owner had the audacity to ask her to produce a birth cert for my niece. WHAT?!? Come on now, I get ppl lie but seriously? Then he went ahead and let my niece get a pedicure but said they were changing the policy.(We went back at a later date — the policy hadn’t changed. Must’ve just meant it changed for us smh). I used to get my eyebrows done here but the last time I did… I broke out with a terrible rash and was bleeding. I’ve finally had enough of the subpar services. There are better places in the area so if I were you I’d just go there.

Pedi definitely worth it, but I’ll get my nails done elsewhere from now on, after waiting 30 additional minutes after my pedi to get a full set, the directions I gave continuously were ignored… very unhappy with the nails

Rarely leave reviews but my experience was so bad I feel compelled. I stopped by without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon & was seated right away, however the technician wasn’t quite ready. There was sitting water in the pedicure bowl so I sat with with my legs off to the side. The receptionist came back & said I should soak my feet while I wait. I showed her the sitting water & dipped my fingertips in to confirm it was cold. I asked if she could clean the bowl & run fresh hot water — she seemed bothered. She drained the water about ¾ then filled with hot water. Didn’t clean the bowl or even completely empty the bowl. My technician didn’t speak any English at all. It was extremely difficult to communicate what I wanted. Sometimes the tech next to us would help translate, sometimes she wouldn’t. My technician seemed to have a poor attitude. Little eye contact, didn’t smile. Everything was rushed. For example, she hardly used the buffer to exfoliate my heels — literally 5 seconds or so on each heel. You could not only feel that they were very rough but you could SEE the cracking! I was looking forward to the massage. Watching everyone around me it seemed to average about 20 – 25 min for legs, feet, hands, arms, & shoulders. Mine was less than 10 min! She literally slapped lotion on my arms & it was all over the sleeves of my shirt. Because she didn’t bother to actually massage me the lotion was just sitting on top of my skin drying while she moved on. She started on my toes twice before getting it right. First she started a white tip. I tried to tell her I asked for turquoise. Then she started a turquoise tip. I had to then tell her I did not want a French tip! It was so frustrating. By the time she got to my hands the polish was pretty bad — old, dry, & chunky. She kept adding drops of something but it didn’t help much. My nails looked very lumpy & she was so sloppy there was turquoise polish all over my skin/finger tips. Had I been able to communicate I would’ve asked for a new polish. I thought for sure she’d go back with some acetone to clean up the excess but no. She actually left it like that & walked me to the drying station. Many of the customers sitting there when I arrived were STILL there when I left — that’s how rushed it was. I asked to speak with the manager & when I explained her work & showed him the finished product he seemed bothered with me as well. He cut me off mid sentence, walked away, & started speaking another language to his staff. 5 min later my nail technician walked over with the same dried out bottle of turquoise. I tried to explain to them that adding more chunky polish over my already lumpy nails would only make it worse. The manager was even more upset at this point. It was ridiculous. I’ve never had such OBVIOUSLY bad service & to be treated like I’m the problem is crazy! I again tried to tell him how I was really unhappy with the pedicure & the customer service & that I didn’t want to sit & have anything fixed I just wanted to leave. He assumed I was refusing to pay & immediately started locking doors & raising his voice. I believe his wife then came over & said she was sorry & she’d only charge me $ 20 instead of $ 35. I said no problem, but her husband/manager kept yelling $ 30. She then said she’d have to charge me $ 25. Worst customer service ever! The concept sounds great & I’m sure in the beginning they were more customer oriented but like someone else said, this place feels like an assembly line. There are probably 20 pedicure chairs. I will say a few of the other technicians were very thorough & sweet from what I could see but I think getting a good technician is a real coin toss. On top of all of this the spa was dirty. I would not recommend & will not return.

I decided to give this place a try and made an appointment the day before. When I got here, 5 minutes before my appointment, the man at the front asked for my name then disappeared. Their customer service is awful. I waited for 20 minutes even after two people that I had an appointment for 6. Once I got to the pedicure chair, I was made to wait for another ten minutes, until I complained to one of the ladies working there. I got the deluxe pedicure and manicure done. While it is a good deal, it is not enjoyable at all. Half the time, my pedicure was painful. The girl did not speak English that well and could not understand what I was saying. Twice the girl burned my foot by not checking the temperature of the water. I would not recommend this place at all. They are super busy and treat it like an assembly line. I’m not even sure that they clean the tools properly before using it on another person. Save your money and go somewhere better

Have been coming here for years. Unfortunately today I came in with a friend and someone got started on me in about 5 minutes but my friend had to wait about 45 and then they skipped part of what was included in her pedicure. Hopefully it was just a one time thing. Nails didn’t turn out as well either, but the price is still hard to beat.

My daughter and I stopped in for pedicures today. They were busy, but scrambled to get chairs ready for us. We sat for about 10 minutes, waiting for someone to become available, but they brought us drinks and frankly, we were enjoying the massage chairs and the warm water on our feet. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was GREAT! I am a serious runner and my feet showed the abuse when I went in. After the deluxe scrub, some work by the tech with the pumice stone and paraffin wax, they are SO soft and smooth. While they were working on my feet and massage, a nice woman who worked the front desk came to paint details on my daughter’s toes and accented them with rhinestones. She loved it! It was a great experience. I got a deluxe pedicure with a quick mani and my daughter got a really great pedicure for $ 50. I will be coming back!

This was a horrible experience. We were completely ignored for the first 15 minutes we arrived, then I was put in a chair with cold water and no water circulation and ignored for another 10 minutes. My husband was never even seated. We just ended up leaving. Very disappointing.

My sister and I go here every other weekend for our«girl date» and they always do an excellent job. Mind you, on Saturdays they are VERY busy, but are MORE than accommodating to you if you have to wait… which is incredibly rare. We try to get the same techs every time we go, but I believe other people found out how amazing they are and have booked them as well, so sometimes we don’t get them… hence the reason I will not name them :-) All of the staff there is very nice and they all do great jobs at manis and pedis(which is all I get, so I don’t know about the waxing or any of their other services). I recommend getting the deluxe pedi, it’s sublime! The prices are good, not too cheap, but not too expensive. I usually spend about $ 50 for a deluxe pedi and mani fill. I think it’s worth it!

My sisters and I prefer this nail salon over the others we have tried. Their prices are reasonable, and many pedicure packages offer customers the choice between hot wax/manicure or a short massage as well. They have always done an excellent job, and the people that work there are friendly and talented.

My favorite spot to go for an hour plus of pampering. $ 35 gets you a spa pedicure with bonus manicure. This includes a salt scrub, paraffin treatment, hot stone leg massage, all the basics, and a neck and shoulder massage. They take their time and do the job right. I have brought several friends here and they all cannot believe the value for the experience.
