I avoid coming to this Kroger even though I live in the neighborhood. I will drive to the other side of I-45 to go to HEB rather than go to this Kroger or any Kroger. Today solidified the reason why I WILLNOT be going to this Kroger again. The cashier straight up changed his tune when he checked out my order. The only thing that I heard from him was the total. Nothing else. NO greeting, NO do you have a Kroger card, NO did you need anything else, NO how would you like your cash back broken down, NO thank you, have a nice day. The customer that was in front of me got all of that! I asked for a manager and told him the situation and he did absolutely nothing! This is one of the reasons why Kroger sucks.
