Kristi’s Pet Palace

I’m really happy with the services provided and will be taking Tiger back in 2 weeks. They were very nice and took good care of my buddy and are very reasonably priced.

Chose this place for convenience. Prices are average for demographics. Grooming is also average.
Recently I boarded my dogs for less than 48 hours and was charged for 2.5 half days as a «favor». Was told they charge by the day and not by the night because they tend to dogs during day and «not night» Lmbo whaaat?!
It wasn’t the price it was the lack of communication and the unprofessional and tacky customer service from the staff who wreaked of cigarette smoke. Owner wasn’t there at the time but she arrived shortly after and completely supported the unnecessary scene and became hostile when I just asked for an explanation rolling her eyes and neck… wow. I was already in a hurry trying to get to hospital from long trip. They appeared overly offended at my wanting a simple explanation.
On my way out she asked if I wanted my change and I responded I don’t want anything from you ever again. They are indefinitely blacklisted for me.

At the beginning I was a little bit hesitant about this place, but after picking up my boy, wow!, they are really good.
I really recommend Kristin’s place, they are truly professionals.

They done a great job on the girls. It was my first time to try her out and am very happy. Im very picky about grooming too. Kristi herself didn’t groom them bc unfortunately she was bit by a cat while grooming, so one of the other ladies had to do their hair but that just means she trained them well. Very happy will definitely go back. If in the area please give her a try. Let them know i sent you :).
