Kobe Japanese Grill and Sushi is a little taste of Japan in Spring, TX. We provide a fun and inviting atmosphere for all of our diners with the help of our highly skilled hibachi chefs. They have been trained to prepare the best food possible while providing great entertainment. Volcanoes made of onions, hair-​raising knife tricks and food that literally jumps off the grill on to your plate. We also have outstanding sushi chefs preparing some of the best hand-​rolled sushi in Texas! All of our products are fresh, and we have everything you could want from a Japanese Steakhouse.

When we first came to Spring, we noticed that there were no Japanese steakhouses in the area. We decided to change that in 1998. We are proud of the fact that we were the first, and still the best, Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi bar in the city. We would love to have you here to enjoy the great experience or stop by and take our delicious food home with our take-​out service.

Manager

Ming Ho has been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. Growing up, Ming had an interest in cooking authentic Japanese cuisine that persisted to adulthood. Naturally, she chose to work restaurant industry. Ming enjoys being able to serve the public at Kobe Japanese Grill and Sushi where providing authentic Japanese hibachi and sushi is the driving force of the business. Ming hopes to provide you such a positive experience you’ll remember to return to Kobe Japanese Grill and Sushi when you’re in need of a great meal.
