Our practice is directed by board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Young Cho, who has an M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine and a Ph.D. from Cambridge University. Dr. Cho works closely with his wife, Dr. Melissa P. Chiang, a dermatologist and dermatopathologist, who has an M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine. By working closely together, the doctors aim to provide our patients with a complete set of non-​invasive and surgical solutions to meet every aesthetic need and goal. Whether it is plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, dermatology, non-​invasive procedures, or spa services you seek, Integrated Aesthetics offers a full spectrum of solutions.

Board certified Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon Dr. Young Cho is the Director of Integrated Plastic Surgery, located in Houston, Texas. He specializes in aesthetic surgery, breast reconstruction, hand surgery, microsurgery, and post skin cancer restoration surgery. His undergraduate education was attained from McGill University, Montréal and Quebec, after which he earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Cambridge University in England

Dr. Cho received his medical degree (MD) from Yale University School of Medicine and completed his residency and comprehensive 6-​year plastic surgery training in plastic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Department of Plastic Surgery, in Milwaukee. During his training he was awarded a year-​long clinical research fellowship with the National Institute of Health (NIH) to study the brain’s role during nerve injury

This is the place I will go to from now on if I have a facial lump or bump, or any skin defect or a need for filler injections and rejuvenation advice. After a long series of failed corrections on delicate neck tissue, Dr. Cho and Dr. Chiang are helping me to emerge victorious. They really seem to get the idea of «cosmetic» while all the cosmetic surgeons before them pretended not to notice they left my subcutaneous tissue tethered, lumpy, burned, lumpy again, infected, pinched, lumpy again, and tethered again. Whoa! How much can a person take? But my motto is «never, never, never give up» and perseverance has paid off. The abused neck tissue is on its way to looking normal again and the docs have really performed art on my distressed face with awesome filler work. Last time I was there I treated myself to a full body massage, facial and hair tints. This practice is the Shangri La of cosmetic surgery; and well worth the drive outside Houston. You really have to try it for yourself and find out.

MiraDry treatment– No more sweat and odor after 1 treatment, who wouldn’t want this! I had the treatment in the afternoon and was playing with the kids that night and working in the backyard the following day. It was easy and left me never having to worry about deodorant or those annoying sweat stains following my miraDry treatment.
The result is permanent and forever, which I was shocked to be told… but it is true and awesome. The treatment was easy and all they had to do was put a grid on my underarm and then follow that grid. So easy and it seemed like anyone could do this treatment.
Very happy to have it done and benefits are never worrying about yellow stains on my shirts, showing small sweat stains during a hot Texas day and never wearing deodorant again! AWESOME

Dr. Cho and his wife, Dr. Melissa Chiang are the best! Both are Yale graduates and the office runs like a fine watch. I see them both a couple of times a year and next week will have some cancerous issues cut out once again. Dr. Cho cut out some cancerous tissue from my nose and you cannot tell that a procedure was performed!
