Found my new hair care team. The staff is always so friendly and Gloria is a ROCKSTAR! I’m so glad I stopped here by chance a few weeks ago to get my hair cut, colored and styled. I was back again last week for a keratin treatment… I don’t see myself going anywhere else from now on!

I just got my son’s haircut here. Gloria was so fast and his hair looks great! We will be back!

This was my second time to this salon. The owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was offered a beverage and asked what I had in mind for my cut. I had planned on the same style but much shorter but was open for ideas. The owner found a couple of cute styles in a book that she thought I might like and I chose one of them. The cut came out really cute and I love it. I appreciate them exceeding my expectations. Thank you Zakia and Gloria

I have been twice to this hair salon. The customer service has been great. The first time I went, I purchased a Groupon deal and Beatriz did my hair cut and blow dry. She was very nice and I didn’t have any complaints. But then again, it was more like a hair trim. The second time I returned, I went with Gloria because Beatriz was on vacation. Gloria dyed my hair. I liked the results, however; I thought that it was kind of pricey without the Groupon. She offered to flat iron my hair but didn’t mention that it was extra. I should have known too. I’m planning to go back for a hair cut with another Groupon deal.

I purchased a groupon for this salon to get a shampoo, deep condition, cut and style.
I arrived 10 min early to my appt to find the doors locked and a «Will return at» sign on the ground. 2 min til my appointment, the owner opened the doors and waved me inside.
The owner started my shampoo and deep condition and said my stylist would arrive soon, and she stuck me under the dryer for about 7 min. My stylist shows up, doesn’t introduce herself and just tells me where to go. I show her the picture of what I’d like done for my haircut, and she barely looks at the picture. She just starts chopping! She ends up making my bangs way too short and after she attempts to style it, she asks to see the picture again. I tell her it looks nothing like the picture, and she tells me «Well, your hair doesn’t go in that same direction.» I know for a fact it does because I’ve had it done before. I was super upset, and just told her to leave it alone. As I get up to leave, the owner is at the front counter and doesn’t ask if I was happy with my hair. I had tears in my eyes I was so so upset and unhappy with my hair.
I would NEVER recommend anyone going to this salon. It was just an awful experience. I had to go to another salon to get them to try to fix it.
Also, the stylists name was Beatriz. She had a bad attitude and didn’t care about what she was doing.

Gave my Mother in law a horrible color and cut. My Mother in law beautiful hair got chopped up, uneven and no style.
