Classes are super fun and keep me motivated. Feels great the day after I feel accomplished.

Came here with a Groupon deal to try for one month. The place looks hidden behind a building off Louetta. It’s in a small strip. Great thing, they offer childcare for $ 2 per child. Space is tiny, but since it didn’t seem like most kids come – works! Great place for mommas with little ones. I learned this is the only location in Houston for a GroupFit class. Bummer. I bought the Groupon months ago and had at least 6 months to use it before it expired. Also, you can go as many times during the week. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to attend as often as I would liked to. However, every single time was an amazing workout! The instructors were awesome! Had so much energy, especially the one that was nearly due. That’s impressive! She had amazing energy! I would love to take one of her classes! She keeps you motivated for the hour! Makes you Push it! After Groupon expires, you can come $ 15 per class or get a 3 month pass but you have to use it within time frame. GroupFit believes that making working out a priority is important and that is why they have a limit on how long you have to use. Understandably, but this took me weeks to attend. I would be wasting more money if I paid for the 3 month pass vs $ 15/​class. Obviously, you save more money with 3 month pass. Hope they change this… It’s not one size fits all.

I love this place. working out has never been such an enjoyment until I found this place. I will definitely be going here for a long time to stay fit
