Hello, my name is Jerry Coker and I have been serving the greater Houston area as your GEICO Insurance Agent since 2006. I have worked for GEICO for more than 15 years, and before becoming an agent, I worked in the GEICO regional office as a sales supervisor. I was born and raised here in Houston, and I personally understand that our neighbors and friends love the outdoors. We sell more than just car insurance. Whether you enjoy fishing on Lake Houston or camping and hunting in the Piney Woods, we can help insure all the things that move you. We can help you with boat insurance, RV insurance and ATV insurance, too. We also have Spanish-​speaking agents in our Spring office to help you.

I am a member of the Houston Northeast Chamber of Commerce and Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce. You can find me and my staff out and about in the community at events like the Texas Crawfish Festival, the Woodlands 4th of July Celebration, and the Lone Star Rally.

The very worst, hands down! They spend all their money on commercials and don’t have any money to pay claims. To quote a text I received from the Geico client in the collision that took place last week, «Things aren’t going well. Geico plays the game. Anyone gets screwed… for now I have no way to work and no ways to get my kids to school.» My experience was even worse. The other driver turned into a head on collision directly in front of me, and when his car was pushed back into my nearly stationary vehicle, Geigo decided it was my fault.
Their reps change the facts to create a story that assists them. Every time I talked to them, they said the other driver reported traveling at a different speed. First saying he was traveling 35 miles an hour, and then claiming he was going 25, 20, 15, and finally 10. They decide in their sole discretion if they want to pay on the claim (and obviously they do not), regardless of the facts, which they make up to support their claim. They accepted the liability of thier driver and then refused to pay the claims to the other drivers, making everyone have to pay thier deductibles. I am very very unimpressed with the professionalism, logic, inability to return calls, and claim process administered by Janice Mitchell and Jared Levin at Geico.
