I had a leak in my bathroom, called and left a message… the guys called back and were out here at 4pm. They replaced the stems and it was an easy fix. They were very courteous and friendly, I would definitely recommend them :)

On January 2^nd I needed a water heater for a house I just bought. I found these guys on a home improvement website. Within and hour of the first call there was a technician at my house ready to do the water heater. They were upfront with the price and the installation work was top notch. You can’t beat the price or the service. I will be a customer for life.

Guess I got a bad technician situation. Stood me up essentially after having me wait for a tech/​plumber, explanation they did not have a snake available to clean out a kitchen sink clog. They told me this after waiting for hours for a plumber. Won’t recommend.
The response below sort of sums it up. NO I missed a days work waiting on someone and they called me late in the day saying they did not have a SNAKE … pretty standard equipment for a plumber.

Out of 6 estimates, including our lovely home warranty, this company far exceeded all of the rest!

My water heater have a dripping leakage for weeks, I called the XX home warranty Co (where I signed up for three year warranty) ask for repair service, when their contractor came and inspected the problem, then reported to the warranty Co. They rejected to pay, because the leak is from the main storage tank, they are not covered (read carefully of the coverage excluding, most costly damage are all in the excluding).
Then I turned to the Home depot and Loews, hope to buy their merchandise and have their professional installation. However, the contractor give the evaluation costs extremely high, can you imaging they ask an basic installation charge $ 599 and additional attic install charge $ 149? or, extra roof sealing charge? and, you have to pay for additional parts fee? definitely unacceptable!
finally I search for any plumbing company from the web, who can give me a reasonable offer. At least I called 6 – 8 different company, Most of the Plumbing Co want you to pay a small amount of $ to inspect and give you an evaluated price quote, Only EPW Services LLC can tell you on the phone the fact of their service charge range before they came to your house, give you the price, size, and quality of the water heater they will install, and the time frame they can offer to finish the job, let you to compare with others. So I immediately decided to use their service yesterday, EPW arranged a team of two nice young man, Lee and Jordan, came today around 10AM, they installed two water heaters on two difference attic locations and clean out the working spot and stairway. remove the junk water heaters, They did a wonderful job and finished in less than 3 hours. And, I would tell you one more things, the total price quote from this company is very reasonable and much lower than those named professional contractor.
I strongly recommend their honestly service attitude and reliable service Tech.

I had a leak in a upstairs bathtub, and a hotwater heater needing replacement. Awesome customer service! They came on time even when there was bad weather listed in the area– they took off their shoes when they had to come in and out of the house. I really believe the price was fair and the work excellent! – they are officially MY plumber– awesome guys! thanks for everything! even my dog liked them!

We had a broken exterior underground pipe. Hap sent a very competent, polite guy round to sort it out. He even took the time to come and lend a hand when the job got a little more complicated than first thought. The cost of repairs was also a pleasant surprise. I would use EPW again and so should you.

Called this morning with multiple plumbing issues. They were able to accommodate
me the same day. They were exceptionally helpful. My plumbing issues were resolved timely and at a fair price. Will be using them again!

Good service … I scheduled my appointment a week and a half before at 8:30. They arrived on time and were ready to get to work. Excellent and I would recommend them to everyone.

Can you rate a company 6 stars? If so, EPW Plumbing Services would definitely merit it. I’m in the real estate business and deal with vendors of all kinds continuously, and I’m thrilled to have found this responsive, reasonable, professional and incredibly thorough plumbing company. They came out not knowing what kind of a job they were facing– and it was a challenge– and were here for four hours getting it done right, rechecking, with yet another final check of all four plumbing sites again before they left. And with the promise that if anything would go amiss to call them immediately and they would be out to make it right. Talk about integrity. I knew after the first phone call and five minutes with both plumbers that I had lucked into a real find. This family-​owned business deserves all the referrals they can get.

I bought two new toilets for our house and just didn’t feel like taking the time to install them. After, reading Unilocal reviews I choose EPW Services to come in and install my new toilets and take the old ones out. Two guys showed up on time and each guy installed a toilet in about 1.5 hours for $ 200 total. The price I was quoted. Very professional and nice guys. Maybe another company could install them for less, or maybe not. But, with these guys I now know what I am getting.
I have put their card on my fridge to call with any plumbing need.

Great experience with EPW services in Spring. Mr. Edmund took my call on a water heater problem. Pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. Turned out it needed the gas control valve replaced. Mr. Edmund came after hours and took care of the problem right away. He was very professional and friendly. Best part our water heater was still under warranty so Mr. Edmund didn’t collect from us but handled all the paperwork to collect from the water heater company. Great people, great service!

I’m so pleased with EPW! I was having plumbing issues and our toilets were draining into the backyard– Hap came to to my house at 9:00pm, shortly after calling him and fixed the problem. He was friendly, professional, affordable… I really can’t express what a great experience it was. Highly recommended! I will refer all my friends and use EPW when I have issues in the future.
