I am usually really uncomfortable taking pictures. Like, uncomfortable to the degree that if someone pulls out a camera, I run the other way. A couple years ago my fiancé and I were both in other relationships and looking back at the pictures of previous failed relationships also made me wary. I thought we were doomed to take awkward, cheesy, stupid pictures that only exist for burning. Both of those factors together made me question my sanity when I booked an engagement session with Liz, the photographer for Edelweiss.
I should not have worried at all. Before the actual shoot, Liz worked with me to figure out places within the city that would look great in photographs and were personally meaningful. She also suggested we bring our dog, which made her life more difficult, I am sure, but made our pictures more personal. I am pretty sure that most photographers aren’t willing to try taking pictures in a bar with a dog for the sake of their client’s whim! The potential for disaster was definitely there.
Even with all those complications and challenges, Liz stayed professional enough to move the shoot along and fun enough to get my fiancé and I laughing like crazy.
The results were amazing! Liz provided us with digital copies of 25 unique photos (edited in different ways, so we actually have closer to 150 pictures total, if that makes sense) and I am mildly ashamed of how long I have spent looking at them. She also turned them around in just a few days, which was impressive. Less waiting for me! Based on my previous experiences I can say this was both the best value in terms of service and actual, usable pictures for the money. I can’t recommend Liz enough!

I met Liz through a friend of mine. She is amazing! I went to her to get boudoir photographs done for valentine’s day for my husband. She made me feel comfortable and was a pleasant person to work with. She’s very professional and has a great personality. She’s definitely going to be photographer for every special occasion my husband and I have. Her prices are very reasonable. The quality of her work is just amazing. My husband and I both loved the pictures. I highly recommend her and have recommended her to all of my friends.

Liz has been my photographer for a few major events lately and I could not be any more impressed with her talent. She is great to work with and was very patient with my 4 year old daughter who was not having the easiest day for pictures. She makes you feel comfortable, snaping photos you don’t even know she’s taking and makes them look gorgeous. I have not known anyone who has worked with her and wasn’t overly satisfied. I recommend her to everyone! Her prices are reasonable and the pictures will take your breath away.

I used Edelweiss Productions for my wedding photos, Liz the photographer, had great ideas for posing and captured excellent candid photos. The pricing was reasonable and she has great specials that go on for different occasions. I will definitely use Edelweiss Productions again.

Liz took our engagement photos and each one is exquisite! She is very professional, very friendly and made my fiancé and me so comfortable. I will cherish her photos forever!

My boyfriend and I wanted some nice shots of us together and used Edelweiss Productions to set up a session in a local garden. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience and the results. Our photographer Liz was very professional and non-​intrusive — many of my favorite shots are candid ones that I didn’t realize she had snapped. The photos are beautiful and high quality. Not only do we get to look back on the day fondly, but the vain part of me appreciates how she made me look my best :) Several of my friends have used Edelweiss Productions for wedding, maternity and family shoots and the results are always stunning. I can’t say enough positive things. Reasonable rates, excellent work!

Photographer showed up promptly at the agreed upon location, was very professional and took so many lovely photos, including some of my cats! Very easy to work with and returned photos to us within a few days! Highly recommend!
