I’d been going to the Sawdust location for five years, and always had excellent service from a friendly staff and a manager who knew everyone by name. Recently, there was a turnover in management, which sadly translated to a decrease in quality. The last time I picked up shirts, I discovered that all of them had been shrunk down so that neither the collars nor cuffs could button. The new manager was completely unrepentant, offering up every excuse in the book from the shirts being old(until I pointed out that one of them was brand new), which then became«the manufacturer didn’t pre-shrink it properly»(until I pointed out that I had other shirts from the same manufacturer that had never shrunk in the past) which then became«they must have changed the way they made them.» I got a sarcastic, insincere«I’m sorry» and was informed that it’s against the cleaner’s policy to «do anything about shrinkage.» The manager seemed more annoyed that she had to talk to me than apologetic for ruining perfectly good shirts from a longtime customer.

A very unpleasant experience with this dry cleaner. They lossed 2 pair of pants and refused to take ownership of the error. My objective in resolving the issue was just to get some confidence that they looked for the clothing. Instead a very unpleasant owner called me @8:00 am on a Saturday morning(after leaving several messages for him during the week) to arrogantly explain that he doesn’t make mistakes. His tone was aggressive, rude and non empathetic. Previous to speaking with him, I was told that the way they would handle the issue is to wait and see if someone returned the items — instead of assuring me they are making best effort. They will not be getting any more of my business — the service they provide is terrible.

HORRIBLE! The customer service is terrible. You will wait forever while everyone sits around and stares at you. I tried this place because its a good location with drive through but no way. Also you can’t pick your clothes up until after 6pm and they close at 7pm so you have 1 hour. I hope they treated my clothes better than they treated me.

I agree with the other reviews. My husband started using this place due to its convenient location to the office but after sending my clothes in for cleaning twice and having them all returned looking oddly stretched /tired /faded looking — there must be better places out there. Not to mention that they absolutely destroyed a pair of capris that were given to them in perfect condition only to be returned with a tag attached stating that they had received them that way… Anyway, do not take your clothes here there have to be better places out there.

The worst dry cleaning service I have ever received. They lost my belongings, were rude, insulted me, and refuse to take responsibility for the very expensive cost of my clothing that is now unwearable because it is no where to be found. I will never use this service again and advise anyone else to do the same.
