Discount Tire Store – Spring, TX

Excellent service. Great people. They are kind, respect customers, match prices most times, and they have a Christian environment. They play Christian music… I love that.

I have gone to this location a few times and have been treated fairly well. We are the process of building my son’s truck. My hubby went up there to check out tires and got the info he needed. I went up there to purchase them and was told I can’t purchase them because of the kind of truck the tires will be going on. What the hell? What dies that matter? I felt I was treated rudely there. Guess they aren’t getting any more of my business.

I’ve been to a couple of Discount Tire Co’s with no major complaints. But this certain location seems to understand the little things. The manager Michael is courteous and makes sure everyone is greeted as they enter the building. It can take awhile for someone to get to you just because they just flat out so busy but not a big deal. Michael didn’t have the tires I needed even though it said it was in stock so he upgraded me to better tires at no charge. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the customer service has been consistent every time.

Got there on a sat about 8:05, took about 5 mins before they got around to seeing what I was in for. Just a quick tire balance and rotation. They got to my car fast and I was done by 8:31. Good, fast, and polite service on today’s visit.

Very quick and helpful. I’ve been coming to this store for a long time and I have always had awesome service! I would definitely recommend them!

I can’t speak for other locations, but this one is great! I do a lot of traveling and they have had to fix a few flats and there is never a problem. I have bought 2 sets of tires and never a problem. In addition, I just witnessed an irate customer getting nasty with one of the employees and the employee handled him respectfully.

The service I received from this location was great. Fast and friendly service! I had no complaints. Now, I wasn’t trying to match prices, so I can’t speak to that. Overall — a great experience.

This is the worste tire place ever! I have always been a faithful customer to this location! I remember having to buy my first set of tires years ago here! I went here last week and the guys inside are awful! Discount Tire «says» they match competitors prices! This is a LIE! I brought in mutlitple qoutes from Discount, NTB and Tire Max in which they all had better prices then Discount! They did try to match however when it got down to the fine details they were being shady! How they match the price is by taking the lifetime warranty off! They are shady people!!! They have ruined there relationship with me for life! They guy even started using swear words with me when I was trying to understand the pricing! Discount Tire is a thing of the past! and if You choose to shop here so are you! There is far better services by ther competitors!!! It is not the 1980’s any more where the only places to buy tires were Beasely, Montgomery Wards, Sears and Discount. There far better places now like NTB, Tire Max, Firestone. I mean there are tire shops on every corner in Houston. If you choose Discount Tire you are a fool! I dont care if your rich! Save some money do not contribute to this awful companey! I mean you cant even contact the companey VIA email! What does that say about it!!! To sum this up! I went to Tire Max where they were $ 20 cheaper a tire and gave me a free alignment!

This Discount Tire location has very friendly employees. Just got a tire here last Thirsday! Don’t try & sell you more than you need!!! Fast workers!!!

This is close to where I live (right now) and the guys that work there are so nice and helpful. Twice I’ve had to go because of early morning flats — and one time the guy took me in early so I wouldn’t be late to work :) All of the guys there are so friendly and make it easy and painless. That’s why I’d never go anywhere else!
