Business Owner

Lauren Davis has been in the field of Human Resources and all-​encompassing capacities for the last 16 years. She has spent the last 10 years in leadership roles within major organizations serving as the head of HR for multi-​site, state, and country operations. The success experienced throughout her career is a testimony to her years of experience in the field of HR which include but are certainly not limited to employee/​employer obligation and compliance, payroll and payroll tax administration and application, HRIS system management to include implementations, troubleshooting, applied updates, and ensuring appropriate and lawful calculations, benefit contract negotiations, employer/​employee cost sharing analysis, ACA compliance, and general benefits activities. Lauren has served as strategic contributor to her previous employers on varying degrees of hiring strategies, market penetration, job evaluations, and compensation analysis.
