Cypress Station Car Wash & Lube At Gleannloch Farms

As a single woman, I did not feel completely comfortable. I was hoping one of the guys that worked there would say, «you got a pretty mouth…». But to my chagrin, I had to be content with a slightly ogled uneasiness. It was also my impression that they tried to ‘up-​sell’ me on unnecessary products and services. In conclusion, it was overpriced.

This place is ok but I noticed the times I’ve brought my truck that the people who finish drying the car and cleaning the inside don’t do a decent job the only people they do a good job for are the pain in the ass costumes that are hovering over them pointing out everything. That just goes to show how society works. Their should be a supervisor doing this not the costumer.

Spent $ 40 and 2.5 hrs on a job that a monkey could have done in 10 mins. After the 4^th time of taking it back through I left my number for the manager to give me a call back because evidently no one there is competent enough to vacuum floorboards and wipe down a dashboard. Still haven’t heard back from the manager. I wish there was an option for negative stars. Place is a joke… save your money

I’ve been here a few times, normally w/​o issue. This morning, however, the money we had stashed in a CLOSED compartment was gone! It was only a dollar or two, but still! Lesson learned. TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY WITH YOU, OR THEY WILL.

Loved it! Took my car to be detailed and they did such a good job it felt like my car was brand new again! I was offered an upgrade but didn’t feel pressured about it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice little gift shop inside too!

Poor wash & wax. Had to finish buffing the spots of wax out by hand & clean the wheels (which I paid for both for the $ 70 «silver bullet»). Noticed the lady next to me doing the same thing. Got home and had to finish & get their muddy footprints out of the bed of my truck.
Uh, why am I paying to do it myself? Good question…

I am fairly sure they scratched my truck. Minus the scratch the car wash is terribly over priced at $ 70. Seems like a drive through car wash is of superior quality. Did not clean the truck well at all, missed spots covering the truck. Workers are at least nice enough to leave foot prints on the truck and inside before they see you off. Luckily they left the towel as well :(*cough*.

Came here at 9 am for a state inspection for a two year old car. In and out with a free car wash in under 30 minutes.

I have gone here a dozen times. They always seem to take a little more time to get it right. Everyone has always been friendly. I will continue to go here for a wash or oil change.

Thanks for the awesome Scratch on the front of my new truck! Love it! I’m going to upload it on this Unilocal site so others can see. Using Windex on my leather seats, and telling me that it was a leather treatment. That’s legit!
***To all, don’t use this place. They have bad management And the service is shit. Protect your vehicle and take to a better place. It’s a nice looking facility which was miss leading. Lesson learned and now I’m on the phone with my Allstate

I wish I could give this establishment no stars…
We had to come home and vacuum out the truck and clean the windows after dropping it off at noon & coming back to pick it up at 1:15 to which I pointed out that the truck had barely been vacuumed nor had the fragrance we paid for been applied.
Left the truck there after being assured it would be taken care of. Came back 2 hours later & it was slightly better.
Back windows had not been cleaned. If fragrance had been applied it was not noticeable even after we spoke to them about it. Seats had not been vacuumed and the floor mats had not been picked up or vacuumed underneath.
Needless to say I will not go back. Plenty of other places that will do a good job for less money and will not remind me that I didn’t pay for the $ 100 detail job. Apparently that is the only way to get the same work done that all the other local establishments only charge $ 25-​$ 35 for.
