This place really deserves a 0. I was feeling under the weather and decided to go to their Minute Clinic this past Tuesday. Worse decision I ever made. The nurse on duty had the worse bedside manner and very unprofessional. She was throwing instruments around and slamming cabinet doors. I’m not sure what pissed her off that day but obviously she forgot that I was a paying customer. I told her my throat was not really sore but she tested me for strep anyway, which I was not sure why she would test me and never got a straight answer from her. I complained to corporate and they assured me that I would receive a call from the manager. As of today, I never received a call. They have definitely lost my business and I will share my experience with the Joint Commission.

I am 7 months pregnant and took the wrong medication for a month because this pharmacy placed the wrong pills in the bottle.
When I first picked up my prescription I asked for a consult and the pharmacist on duty (Ms. Kabir) refused to provide the consultation because she was too busy and had to administer a flu shot to someone else. She said she did not have time to look up what was in the medication. She said she would call me to discuss my prescription but never did.
When I went back to pick up a refill I noticed that the pills in the bottle were completely different. I showed the same pharmacist both bottles and asked what I had been taking and she said she did not know. She eventually found the mystery pill I had been taking and had a difficult time describing what it was and what the difference was between that and what I should have been given. She seemed completely indifferent and unapologetic. She said it was «too bad» that she didn’t speak to me the first time I was there because she probably would have noticed the mistake.
I will NEVER go back there. Placing the wrong pills in a prescription bottle without warning or explanation is completely inexcusable.

Good location right by Gleannloch Farms. The pharmacist and staff there are nice and prompt with my prescriptions (I got a sinus infection lately). Nice selection of over-​the-​counter meds (for my allergies). I’ve never used the Minute Clinic in the pharmacy before but have heard good things about the nurse practitioner who works there. I’ll keep that in mind as backup if I can’t see my regular doc.
