Choice Tee Golf & Putt Putt

This used to be a great driving range, and it will be missed!

We went for a quick round of family putt putt on a nice day last month and really enjoyed ourselves. The course was challenging enough that we all had a good time and the prices were perfect. We have already been back and will continue to visit! If your looking for an activity for a date night, family outing, or just time out of the house on a nice day, stop by and try it out.

This place is amazing, the staff is very friendly, and the location is great.
There is golf and mini golf available. Will definitely come back soon!

This place is great to take a date, family or friends! It has a fully automated driving range and a mini putt putt course. The facility has a very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. You pay a very reasonable price for X amount of golf balls, which means there is no rush to finish and you can take your time. I had a private lesson here and the instructor, Justin was very patient and informative. I would recommend Choice Tee to anyone looking for some fun, rain or shine.

This place has a nice atmosphere and very reasonable on prices. Some of the mats need to be changed out but overall a good experience.

Took my lovely girlfriend here on a date after dinner.
The putt putt was nothing extraordinary but was fun and worth the money.
The course is difficult enough that you might take 4 or 5 shots on some holes, while both my girlfriend and I both got a hole in one on different holes.

Tip: Wasn’t crowded in the evening and there was a good breeze tonight. Was perfect.

Could use better targets and distance markers. Auto tee, covered and range cards are nice! 10¢ a ball. They set you up on the left side because homes are on the right. Then you are strongly encouraged to aim left to avoid the homes on the right. I asked how high the net was on the right side they said 100 feet up. C’mon man!

Great place for those seeking to practice at night or when it rains. Many courses here in Houston close up when it rains, so it’s great to have a place to practice on the bad days and also stay dry. I no longer have to stay inside the house when it rains on the weekend. Great automated technology. Prices are fair considering the convenience Choice Tee provides. I just need them to open a second location off 290 and provide an upcharge option for better balls.

A place a golfer can go to be both serious and goofy at the same time.
A putt putt and high tech driving range. This is the first time I have ever seen an automated range, as in it tee the balls for you. Imaging never having to bend over to set up the ball! A few buttons control the height and the count of time spent and balls left.
And the putt putt is in great condition, the greens are fast and the layout tricky. Even a hole where water comes in play!(well 2 but you gotta try it your self).
Cons:
Really beat up balls, almost dimple less and odd flight.
Tons of Mosquitos.
Matt only for hitting.
7 $ for 50 balls.
No short game practice area.
Cool little place as a change up for practicing golf. Where play is cheap, but practice is a bit steep.

Looking for a lighted driving range open late, I found Choice Tee, near Spring High School in the north suburbs of Houston. Choice Tee features an «automatic» tee system — basically, as you hit a ball (or roll it off the tee) underground machinery re-​racks another ball for you. Neat system. The system let them to track how many balls you’ve hit, and it lets you save unhit balls for the next round on a range card. I hit a couple hundred balls without interruption. Plenty of room on a Tuesday evening. Nice place. Two (blistered) thumbs up.
