I was reluctant to switch to a bank from the credit union I’ve used essentially since birth, but I got a great coupon incentive for Chase and decided to go talk to them. Both Joe, the branch manager, and Joel were awesome. I opened an account and starting using the awesome Chase app right away. Joe had to help me with an issue today and in our conversation he mentioned some personal experiences he’d been through which really made him strive for the best customer service he could provide. In all my banking experiences with the small-​town credit union I used previously, I’ve never had such one-​on-​one service as this Chase branch. I’ll always use this branch! Thanks Chase, and thanks for your service to our country, Joe.
