Established in 2014.
We started out back in Baja California Sur Mexico and moved to California. We learned directly from Baja style food recipes passed from generation to generation.
Brought to you from people that were born and raised in Mexico and came to the US with their traditions intact.
Cabo is a restaurant that commits and dedicates to preserve Mexican food recipes as they are made in Mexico so we deliver an authentic flavor to our customers in America.
Like in our country, we prepare everything fresh from scratch.

Born and raised in Mexico, I was looking to deliver real Mexican food in the United States, just like the one we eat it in my country, not just making up some kind of adapted version that couldn’t even be recognized back home.
