Boardwalk at Town Center Apartments

I love all the amenities here. Good neighbors and always smiling and greeting each other! Accessibility when you want to go to other buildings using bridges connecting the buildings.

Wonderful place to live especially as an ex-​pat. Great community, staff and facilities. Everyone is very friendly, the caretakers will change lightbulb a for you, the building managers will collect your mail and are open every day, the place is really easy to keep clean and immaculately maintained. 100% would recommend.

This place has a few really great aspects and a few really terrible things.
Let’s start with the good:
— Location is top notch. You are close to a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, the mall and great running trails.
— The girls in the office are really friendly and try to help you as much as possible despite a difficult manager (more on this in the negatives).
— We really liked the floor plan of the different apartments we lived in.
— Maintenance was very quick to solve problems. Shout out to Emil!
— Some see this as a negative and a positive, but you can hear concerts from most places in this complex. Some nights you like who is playing so it is a positive and other nights it is a little inconvenient.
Now the negatives:
— Rent is expensive.
— The manager of this property is difficult to work with. Prime example: Our first apartment had a door that wouldn’t close and had been open for an unknown amount of time before we moved in. The apartment was infested with cockroaches and the managers initial response to me complaining about finding bugs the very first night was «that is just how it is in Houston». Once we had about 10 cockroaches in the first 3 days, Morgan in the office really fought for us to get a new apartment. Upper management wouldn’t help us with the relocation despite the infestation being due to their negligence.
— One drawback about location is it can be noisy. During the summer there are weeknight concerts and year round you have the fire department sirens going off often. The noise from the fire department isnt that bad in exterior apartments in building 4 or interior apartments in building 5, but the sirens are very loud in exterior apartments in building 3.
In general, I am happy we lived here, but I am also happy to be leaving.

I have been a resident for about 6 months now, and people in the management office have been very attentive and quick when I have made any maintenance request or have had any questions.
Really a great place to live and very well situated., I will recommended to anyone.

Great place to live! Be excellent amenities. Maintenance is always quick if anything needs fixed. You can also rent a one or two bedroom furnished apartment for guests.

If you are looking to rent an apartment in The Woodlands, this place is your answer. The location is perfect (lots of greenery, adjacent a waterway, a park and five minutes’ walk to the local grocery chain and lots of restaurants). The interiors are airy and sunny — even the corridors! Best of all, the leasing and maintenance teams are very prompt and helpful. Highly recommend the place after living here for a year now.

This is such a beautiful place to live and the staff are amazing! This is the second time I have had the opportunity to live at the Boardwalk and I love it. Tom, the manager, and Amber, Crista (hope I didn’t misspell it!) and Morgan (just to name a few) in the office are so professional and nice, too. Plus, the maintenance gentlemen are so polite and helpful. Absolutely the best apartment complex in The Woodlands!

I love to visit a friend who lives at the Boardwalk. The facilities are always clean and inviting. The staff I’ve encountered were very personable and professional. We walk over to The Marketplace and have a great time. Our walks always take us along the beautiful waterway. I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying visiting or living in this community.

A wonderful place to live. If I could buy a unit I would do it yesterday. The management staff is very professional and keep the place running as it should, as well a provide many community events.

The name says it all. Yes, they are great apartments. Yes, they have all the amenities you would expect and more, but the main draw is the location in Town Center. From your door you are within walking distance of the Mall, Theatre, Market Street, Waterway Square, Marriott Conference Center, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and much more.
