I’m angry at myself for accepting a cake that this guy essentially ruined. If he didn’t feel confident in his abilities, I don’t understand why he didn’t employ the help of his teammate. How do they even hire people that can’t write Happy birthday in cursive?

Baskin robins has he best ice cream in the US, all though some people they hire aren’t the friendliest, I think the ice cream makes up for it. A lot of people complain when they are out of something, but it is not easy to make it. I think that anyone that passes by it should try it out. It’s ice cream will light up your day.

Ice cream was fine but the teens on duty seemed very interested in gossiping on a Sat evening. They were out of all waffle cones but had two waffle bowls left which we went with instead. Rather stale :(. How do you not have any waffle cones or bowls and aren’t making anymore? Three people working and two customers…

Staff was friendly and helpful. The store was very busy and all the employees were busy with customers. I was wrestling with the old fight or flight because I was in a hurry. My ice cream habit or pending responsibilities. Just then the manager saw the store and sprung into action and Walah!!! I got my cappuccino blast lickity split. was impressed
