I have two water heaters, one corroded out the other on its last leg. Call several plumbers, two told me they would call me back(they didnt). Another said to give me an estimate they would charge me $ 60. Got a hold of B&B he showed up as scheduled, quoted me a reasonable price, a little higher than what was offered by home depot and explained what they had to do, showed me hos companys license, his plumber license. They show up when they said, put down floor protection mats, pulled the old heaters out and installed the new tankless heater in about 5 hrs. Good guys, english not the best but the owner speaks english was up front and reliable. Made sure i registered my heater online for future warranty coverage. They also have a 5 year warranty on work. Will use them again for any other plumbing issues.

Rude, unprofessional, and insulting. — They had to come out three times for(according to them, and others) a fairly simple hot water heater install and toilet replacement. — They turned off my power and water without warning(they claim that my neighbor gave them permission to do so, something she had no authority to do). This may be due to the fact that they employ plumbers who speak little to no English, but that’s still no excuse for any of it. — Two weeks later, I still don’t have regular hot water from any tap. It can take as long as five minutes for hot water to start. — I’ve been told since that I need a recirculating pump(around $ 250) installed to get faster hot water. No one from B&B ever mentioned or offered this solution during this entire process. — The owner, Alonzo, came out himself to check out the hot water problem. The city had turned the water off to install a water main that day, so there was no water to check; nevertheless, he refused to come out to my house again, saying that there was nothing he could do about the problem, and that I would just have to learn to live with slow hot water. So helpful. — Alonzo also claims to have a JD(Lawyer/Plumber Man! Handy if you have to take a crap in court, I guess), and threatened me with a «defamation of character» lawsuit if I posted any reviews of his company. Here’s one review, Alonzo; and I promise you, there will be more. I’m still waiting for your lawyers to call me. You might consider getting them a copy of the First Amendment to read before they give me a jingle, yeah?
