Absolutely the worst. We will never shop here again. My wife had a dead battery this morning, and drove to the Advance Auto Parts on Rayford(where we had purchased the battery less than a year ago) to have them check it out. The guy there said it wasn’t bad and that she would be fine. He jumped the battery and sent her on her way. A few hours later it was dead again. She had it jumped and drove back to Advance Auto Parts. Another guy there told her the battery was fine — it must be her starter. He jumped the battery and she drove to the dealership, where they said the battery was completely dead. Advance Auto Parts, seeing a woman driver, decided not to honor their warranty, lied to my wife, and sent her away. These people cannot be trusted.

Ruben and Greg went above and beyond to help me get the fan off of my water pump but I had been struggling with all day. No other parts store will get my money any longer. Advanced on Rayford is the only way to go.

Amazing customer service by Greg and Dave — my husband and daughter had a dead battery at 8:30pm and I was out of town. Both men quickly stepped into action to get my family home safely — thank you so much for sharing so much care and concern to my loved ones!!!
