24 Hour Taxi Of The Woodlands

I would recommend anyone to Ms. Kay, I request a taxi she was very humble and I enjoy my ride to my location.

I had arranged for a car to pick me up at 1:30. I was headed to IAH. The driver showed up at 1:55. When she opened her trunk it was full of stuff. She had to empty her stuff onto my driveway so we could fit my suitcases. She said she would come back of her stuff later…
I live very close to the Hardy Toll Road, and expected the driver to go to IAH on that route as it saves serious time, and she was already really late. The driver informed me she couldn’t take the toll road as she had too many unpaid fines. So instead we head to IAH via the I45. She exits 1960, causing us to wait in traffic and at each traffic light.
I made it on my plane with seconds to spare. Not to mention I was traveling with an infant, very frustrating situation.

Great service from Kay, I would definitely recommend to book the taxi service with them, she showed up on time and she was very nice to me.

Sweetest ladies I have ever met! I had a really nice visit with Loretta while she drove me home when my car was in the shop. I would definitely recommend them.

I previously posted a negative review by mistake. I was reviewing as other company with similar name 24 hot taxi and towncar of Houston (horrible company, do not use this). I spoke with the owner of this company and she was very pleasant. I will use them on my next trip just based on excellent customer service!

Great service! Showed up a few minutes early in a very nice vehicle. Friendly and great customer service. Familiar with The Woodlands and Houston area. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really great experience! I called Mrs. Kay at 5:20 am and ask her if they can give me a ride to IAH to catch the flight of 7am since my original ride did not come to pick me up. I tried several taxi companies but no one answered the phone before Mrs. Kay told me no problem. They were very prompt and car is really nice and comfortable. This is the best one! I will call them again!

We used 24 Hour Taxi of the Woodlands to get home from the pub this past weekend after a little excessive imbibing. They were very prompt and they even will correspond via text message. They texted a photo of our driver so we knew exactly who would be picking us up. Tyler (our driver) was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely use them again.

They might be a little more pricey than standard taxi companies but when an suv with leather seats and all the bells and whistles takes you inatead of a cab smelling of puke and indian food call miss kays!

One of the few reliable and amazing taxi services around the Woodlands area! Kay is fantastic! Great communication, great service (brought me a towel when it was raining cats and dogs!). Literally she saved me, had a bad situation called her she was able to quickly figure out where I was and where the nearest landmark was where I could be safely picked up. Also her rates are extremely reasonable and very very worth the level of service she provides. Like seriously don’t even consider another service around this area.

Preferred a taxi to attend Steely Dan concert, knew adult libations would be consumed. Called 24 Hour, Mrs/​Ms Kay was selling her business by fun conversation and assured me 24 Hour would be my best choice… Well, she was correct, they were on time, auto clean and nice conversation with Driver going to concert. After concert ended, walked over to Woodlands water-​way for nigh-​cap, called 24 Hour for the return home. On time, «colorful conversation» and delivered to door-​step, a good night indeed.
Give your support when ya need a cab-​transportation service, doubt you will be disappointed!

I called about a day and a half prior to charter the town car for a certain time. When I was asking questions about what the procedures were for booking or changing times or locations within The Woodlands, if that was needed, I was told it would be fine. Two hours before my car should have arrived, I dialed them in to ask if I could push back the car for a few hours.
I got the run around for several hours. Finally, I was texted the number of a different driver. I told him I needed to be picked up for 2 AM. It was only at 2:15 that he texted me to ask if I still needed a ride, because he was running a little late.
I realize it’s July fourth, and that means lots of busy rides for that evening, but if you can’t commit to a service that you’ve promised a customer, I would like to be afforded the time to make other arrangements.
Will not be using this unreliable «town car» service again.

Great service!!! Mrs. Kay owns /​drives the car and she is a ton of fun to talk with. I was having a crappy morning and she made me smile. Good clean town car !!!

These people are polite and returned an email when they said they would. They were polite when I had to cancel — also. To me that says a lot.

If you want the best polite service for a cab, call this one. This is a family own company. The driver is the person that I spoke to when I order for taxi name Kay. She came with a large town-​car limo and charge less than yellow cab, not a yellow dinky car with rude attitude. I would call her again especially to deliver my family that I care for.
