Please understand that what I wrote in no way was I pay any fee or given or offer any incentives. If you been hurt in any way, fall, hurt on the job, vehicle accident. Maybe like me in a motorcycle accident. Now you know I was in pain as well as hurt. After a one nite stay at the hospital I was sent home. Still in so much pain and hurt. I was refer to Dr. Tim Williams office. There I was given some forms to fill out with I couldn’t. My wife had to do them for me. I was taken to a room in the back ask what happen and some X-​rays were taken. This was done by Dr. Tim Williams who had just finish treating other patients. I was told by him to go home and come back the next day. The next day Dr. Tim Williams show my wife and I the X-​rays as well as explain them to us. He said that he has got a plan together (appointments and treatments) that him and I work together on. This has been going on for over a month or more. Up to this day I can say that Dr. Tim Williams has been there for me. Always ask me how I feel before and after treatment. Now I know why his patients come out of his office smiling he make them feel better. So if you just need a tune-​up or alignment, to get you going again. Well you know what I am talking about. Make the hurt and pain go away. Don’t want to miss work or have time? Then call his wonderful staff they can help you over the phone, they open late for your convenience. I bet you see Dr Tim Williams there as allways making us feel better.

If you are afraid of Chiropractors then look no further for pain relief. Dr. Williams has the soft manipulation approach and moves our spines into place slowly. I was so glad I chose him. My hip was in so much pain. From the first treatment relief started and after a half dozen visits the painful bulge above my hip was gone. Each individual will take different treatment and sometimes longer if you have previous injuries or a car accident. I had a Chiropractor for years after a car accident, but he stopped practicing. I had not trusted a Chiropractor for 10 years until I met Dr. Williams. I was so grateful. The staff is friendly and quickly attend to you.

If I could give a negative star to this Doctor, I would. His staff is very rude. They are not caring and they don’t write nor keep reports. Do not waste your time and your money with this office.

Dr. Williams is the greatest!
I was in a rear end car accident and was in terrible pain. From the day I walked in I knew I was in the right place, the entire staff is very friendly and empathetic. Dr. Williams set up a treatment plan for me and immediately after my first session I was feeling some relief. After completing my treatments I feel better than I did before the accident!

First and foremost, the lady at the front desk is highly sarcastic and rude. She is unorganized and scattered all over the place and then makes you feel like it’s your fault. Throughout the little time I interacted with her, she made 4 sarcastic remarks and by the time she got to the last one, I was pretty irritated.
Dr. Williams is very nice, I don’t have any problems with him as a person. However, I’ve been to a chiropractor in the bay area for a similar issue who was able to fix it in one visit… and then had follow up visits to make sure my issue was ok. I left here feeling as if my situation worsened if anything. I understand that some chiropractic care requires several visits, but when you leave feeling worse than you had before you went in… that’s not good.
I would not recommend this place. I was highly disappointed.
