I do boxing classes with coach Derrick, i like this class and wont left for any reason

Ive worked out at many gyms from Crunch, 24hr Fit to Golds and this is by far my most Favorite gym to get a Great workout in! The atmosphere is Great with Plenty of high tech modern weightlifting and Cardio equipment. They have Awesome Personal Trainers and Coaches that help provide Amazing Results through their extremely FUN unique exercise programs that you can only find Exclusively at UFC Gyms. The Staff are very Helpful and are always Welcoming. This UFC gym is like my second Home. I Love being here! Keep up the Great Work!

I just recently joined the UFC and I was at 231lbs and after 30 days of workout I’m 219lbs the trainers there are the best I ever had u get a lot for your buck and with this day and age we know we all want every penny out of our dollar and here u get it the whole team works with u the proof is in the pudding I would and do recommend this gym to everyone u learn how I eat how to workout THE RITE way and u meet a lot of nice ppl here I give this a 5 start rating.

I came in a few days ago to check out this gym and to see what classes were available. Before I was able to take a breath and read the class schedule, the manager pressured me into giving him my credit card. He said that «this special offer is only good for TODAY — $ 187 + $ 79 a month» but if I «sign up today», he will knock off $ 10 per month and give me 2 months free. Yes, I do agree that it’s a good deal but I told him that I couldn’t make a decision in 5 minutes because I was on a very limited lunch period and he still insisted on getting my credit card #. Hell NO! His high pressure timeshare sales approach totally turned me off! I will definitely not be returning.

Classes are ok. Was way better in the beginning because it felt like you were actually focusing on a boxing class. Now they try & do two classes at a time so the gym is packed & people are kind of in your way since they put DUT & boxing so close next to each other.
Also had an employee make a deal with me for cash every month. Went behind my back & used a credit card i used to buy wraps one time & connected it to my account so I was getting charged from there instead of my cash deal every month. He doesn’t work there anymore (I can see why) but I’m not sure how honest their new staff is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My boyfriend dragged me to join this gym since boot camp/​CrossFit and FitN/​ClassPass (both $ 100-​$ 150/​mo) is too expensive; we just want a good workout. We were also considering 24 Hour, but the 24 Hours nearby are too crowded, dirty, and too hot during the summer (like College Grove). This gym is clean, and the equipment seems new or well-​maintained. So my boyfriend put his foot down, and chose this gym.
My first impression is the gym is mostly for guys only, but at least, my boyfriend will be encouraged to work out. But first impressions are mostly wrong as I see a lot of fit and strong women in this gym.
I like the workout classes here, and I’m glad that they have a 7:30pm class because my work schedule is kinda weird.
The DUT class feels like the bootcamp classes I attended, and a little bit of CrossFit without the barbells. (They have barbell section there so you can still lift on your own if you want.) Their WODs are great. It will really get you in shape and will get you toned without the bulk that CrossFit gives me, which I don’t like.
The MATRX class is combination of sorts. They do cardio (with a bit of weights) in the beginning. Then they do kickboxing. Then the TRX part. Then the abs. I love it.
The workout is new everyday. They might repeat a move but that is not done frequently. I also learn something new everyday too. The coaches will really pay attention to your form and will give you tips to correct your form or technique. I love it! Makes me become better in what I do.
If you want to do your own workouts, they have a lot of equipment you can use from treadmill to stair master to elliptical to weight machines to barbells to kettlebells to battle ropes to giant tires. What’s nice is there’s somebody always going around to clean the equipment. I normally wipe off the machines after I use it in other gyms, but here, even though it’s a bad habit, I don’t clean up anymore. Haha! But just to tell you how clean they are. If you want to learn martial arts, they have BJJ, which I haven’t done yet.
Everybody here is nice. I lost a few pounds already since I joined, and I feel stronger too. I’m so glad that my boyfriend dragged me to join this gym. And I’m so glad that we have one in Spring Valley. I hope they keep up the quality of their gym for years to come.

I’ve been to a few UFC Gyms and Spring Valley is my favorite location! The classes are great and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure to go see Derek Cruz when your there! He is always helpful, knowledgeable, and really cares about helping his customers achieve their goals!

I love that they have such a variety of classes, definitely keeps your muscles guessing! The coaches really attend to both beginner and advanced. You really feel you are part of the team no matter what your fitness level is. Coach Derek Cruz is awesome !!! The coaches at this gym take the time to walk around during class to make sure you are maintaining proper form. D.U.T SuperSet Sunday I can feel it till Friday!!! Worth every dollar.

Looking to mix up your fitness? Check out UFC in Spring Valley. They have an amazing staff. All the cardio and free weights you need. And fantastic classes. It’s clean, upbeat and you can really get in the zone. You don’t have to worry about all the 2 pound weight lifters wearing full make up with their hair done you actually go here and out in work. See any of the great staff members they’ll give you an awesome deal an make you feel like family.

I have been to them all… name it 24 hrs, Crunch, Chuze, etc. I love this gym! You can ask the staff anything! And not only that, they work really hard to make sure your motivated, and remind you when you haven’t been in awhile (sorry Jimmy: P). But most important they are there to listen to what YOU want, and make sure you can achieve your goals. Its worth every penny. And I always love saying, «I’ll see you tomorrow!»

I’ve checked out quite a few UFC Gyms in Southern California (I love them all) but this, by far, is one of my fave locations (UFC Gym Torrance is great, too). In general, UFC Gyms are known for their immaculately clean and modern facilities with the latest fitness equipment, hanging bags and even a mini octagon cage. Classes are designed for individuals who want get in shape while being introduced to the basics of MMA (mixed martial arts). A friend of mine encouraged me to check this place out. I’m so glad I did! Their cardio classes are so fun. You’ll burn as many as 600 – 800 calories in one class. Beginners are welcome and no experience is needed. The staff is very friendly and professional. After a short time I decided to take up boxing privates with trainer Derek who is not only helping me get back into shape but is also sharpening my boxing skills. We’ve been working on hand speed and footwork drills. Derek is extremely patient, energetic and encouraging. The best part is I’m losing weight and learning self defense while having FUN! In fact, I’m hoping to compete in my first amateur boxing match some time in the near future. So if you’re looking for a safe and fun way to get into shape or stay in shape, definitely check this place out and ask for Derek.
Monthly rates are extremely affordable. They’re open 7 days a week. Lots of classes to fit your busy schedule.
Locker rooms are clean and they have showers. Side note: this gym doesn’t smell like gross sweat. In fact, you’ll immediately notice the scent of air fresheners as soon as you walk in the gym.
Customer service is top notch and the environment is extremely safe and female-​friendly (definitely no attitudes here!).
Ample parking.

The UFC gym has a awesome staff and quality training the prices are great and the times of operation are descent how do you beat 7 days a week.

I love this gym! The trainers are encouraging and helpful. There are people of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Don’t be intimadated to go here if you aren’t in your best shape… they will get you there! Prices seem extremely reasonable when compared against a Bootcamp. Be prepared to work out with a large group if you take the DUT class. My only constructive criticism is the shower room leaves something to be desired (is. Lockers, a bench by the shower) & I wish there were more DUT classes to choose from.
