Service was okay but now that I wanted to cancelled since the TV they where selling was twice as much as it’s actually cost. I applied and they said they will contact me latter if I approved but they told me I had to make an initial deposit. So I did of 21 dollars now that I cancelled they keept killing so I can make payment when I called a month ago for cancellation and the guy keept saying he will talk to the manager and never did call back or get my money back. I called once again and they said they cannot return my money and only have store credit and why do I need 21 dollars for store credit what can I buy? They don’t even sell things at such low cost.
It doesn’t bother me it’s 21 dollars it bothers me the way they won’t return the money.
Sure don’t recommend any one to buy here interest rates way too high and if you buy within 3 months the price is twice as much as you would pay walmat.

This location has sent me on a roller coaster since this morning with no sign of me being able to get off.
Yesterday evening 12÷15÷14, I signed a contract for and put my first payment on a television that this location (Spring Valley, store number 2506) said would be held at the Euclid Ave (Store number 1091). store for pick-​up. This morning 12÷16÷14 upon my arrival to the Euclid store the store manager Oscar informed me that not five minutes earlier somebody had picked up the television under my name. She was described as a black woman who gave my name to get the television (this story was changed later, but I’ll get to that). After they told me the television had been picked up I returned to the Spring Valley store where I spoke with David Mayberry, the manager who apologized for that and promised me a different television (a used plasma television).
I agreed to the other television, by this point I just wanted to get out of the store, and so David set up the new contract. Some adjustments had to be made due to the fact that David was attempting to charge me more for the used television than for the brand new one I was supposed to get. I signed the contract and at that moment he called me into the office to tell me that corporate put a freeze on my account because they claimed that I took the television and they had it on video.
I was asked to call corporate at that time and handle it myself, which I tried to do, and corporate told me that somebody from corporate would contact me. At around 2:00 in the afternoon I was contacted by a district manager named Curtis who then proceeded to speak rudely to me as he told me that the police had been contacted and I am going to be investigated for fraud and I had to wait for a detective to contact me.
I’ve since sought legal advice and contacted the police to file a civil report, because this is clearly an inside job.
You hear about these fraud rings all the time, but you never believe it until it happens to you.
