Pittman & Son’s Mobile Auto Detailing

Howard came to wash my 09 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Arrived promptly and was very professional; above all a pleasure to be around. Given that my vehicle is a fairly big SUV, I had thought it would take a long time to complete — I was definitely wrong. He had everything done and complete in about 2 – 2.5 hours and it looked great. It’s not an easy task to bring a vehicle back to life but Howard did a good job in doing so. His work is well worth the money and I would recommend him to anyone and will to everyone who’s looking to get there vehicle detailed. If you need your car to look new again — USE THIS SERVICE. You will not regret it.

I am updating my review after closely inspecting my car. First off, the day after having my car detailed I found that my stereo was broken. It was as if water got into something it shouldn’t have and fried something. Even though my stereo worked perfectly before there is a chance this all could have been an unlucky coincidence so I decided to let it slide. I can’t prove that my stereo broke as a result of the detailing so this is ultimately not influencing my new review.
What I am basing my new review off of is the cleanliness of my car. A few weeks after the detailing we took our son for his first doctors appointment and when putting down the back seats to fit his stroller we noticed that there was still dog hair in between the seats and under them as well. While at first glance the car seemed thoroughly clean, many of the not so obvious spots were missed.
In the end we ended up paying a lot of money to still have to continue cleaning it ourselves. I’m not sure if I would go with them again for future service.

With my due date creeping up and my Pathfinder full of dust and dog hair from over a year of cleaning laziness, my poor SUV desperately needed to be detailed. My husband and I looked up several places and ultimately decided on Pittman & Sons due to other Unilocal reviews and their price (clearly listed on their website) of different packages. Several other companies said they charged «extra» for pet hair removal, never specifying how much, and for dark colored vehicles (really?)
Trying to contact them I got a message saying that the caller wasn’t accepting incoming calls, so I was initially kind of bummed. However, I sent a message through their website and was called back very quickly!
I was able to schedule them to come two days later. On the day of the appointment Howard even called to say that he finished another job early and asked if it would be okay to come earlier. He was very courteous and as for my car, he did an amazing job! He got to every nook and cranny in my car and shampooed the seats leaving everything looking great. My vehicle is now ready to bring a newborn baby home in!

I am very pleased with the service! I got my car detailed and it is shinier than when I bought it at the dealership. The inside was immaculate and I will be making future appointments with Pittman & Son’s. I highly recommend Howard for the job. Great personality and wonderful work ethic.

I have a 24 foot Motor Home and just got back from a 3,000 mile trip around the country. My Motor Home was dirty and bug kill was everywhere. I found Howard Pittman and Sons on the web and took a chance. I have had bad luck with RV detailers in the past. Howard came out on an extremely hot day and thoroughly cleaned and waxed my RV. Since the top is Gel Coat it is very susceptible to heat and fades over time. Well, Howard brought the shine back that my dealer could not. Highly recommended. He does not stop until the job is done right.

Howard made it very convenient for me and worked with my schedule. He was quick and the work that was done was very professional. He turned my car from embarrassing to beautiful. My car feels and looks like a brand new car. I highly recommend Pittman & Sons and I will definitely bringing my other cars soon

Howarsds did a good job on my vehicle, however attention to complete
lacking, maybe due to him spending 65% of the time on the phone while working for the most part, doesn’t check his final out come, I had to redress the wheels looked undone and dull 20 minutes. with out driving. I also had to rewipe all the body color near any black trim. The top wasnt cleaned and the next morning these was black dust running down the sides. I Paid for A complete detail and my upostery as wiped,.never shampooed, which pushes the dirt and dust in deeper instead of sucking it out. Good for people w/​o high expectations.

I bought a groupon for a detailing but I never got to use it because of the poor business management they have. They never pick up the phone when you call. After playing phone tag for a couple of days. I scheduled an appointment 2 months out. Their small business can’t handle the volume of customers due to the groupon sales, so you can’t book an appointment until 2 months later. Who can wait 2 months? Then they called me a month later to tell me the guy will be out of town that day and we need to reschedule. Luckily I was able to call groupon and get a refund.

I bought a Groupon for a hand car wash recently for both myself and my boyfriend. They were able to squeeze us in back to back which was convenient. I did, however, have to book my appointment quite a ways in advance (due to the volume of people that bought the Groupon, I suppose).
I was pleasantly surprised by the job done!
A lot of time and care was spent on the cars and would definitely recommend these guys to friends. Super friendly, thorough and professional.
They need water/​electricity hook ups so be aware before booking at appointment.

Excellent job detailing my car!
I bought a Groupon for a full auto detail. Howard, the owner came to my house and spent 3 hours vacuuming, shampooing, cleaning, washing and waxing my car. He did an excellent job and really took his time making sure everything looked perfect.
When he was leaving, he mentioned that he also does headlight restoration. I scheduled a time for him to come back to do my headlights and when he was finished they looked BRAND NEW!
Overall, my experience was hassle free, decently priced and well worth it! I have already recommended his services to several people I know.
Side note — he does require water and electricity hook-​ups for the detailing and he tends to run a bit late as far as arrival time, so plan accordingly. Also, you have to give your seats time to dry after the detailing. You can lay towels down on your seats if you HAVE to go somewhere afterwards (like I did), but you’ll need to leave your windows cracked (or more than cracked) for at least 24 hours after the detailing.

So Howard just left and I had to jump online to Unilocal about how great his service is. He is awesome. He knows his stuff, has a great smile and is as friendly and professional as can be. He made my 10 year old Honda look like a new — no more coffee stains, dog hair, sand, dirt and other miscellaneous yuck on the inside. And the outside — WOW! My friends can no longer make fun of my dirty car. Thanks Howard!

howard is one helluva guy! friendly demeanor, bright smile, good sense of humor. his wife regina is pretty wonderful too :) they’re a great team! i got the groupon for the $ 75 full detail (int & ext). i have a GTI and howard was done in less than 2 hours, even came to my workplace to hook me up while i was makin the bacon. i definitely appreciate pittman & sons. i’ll be returning as a customer and will be spreading the word about the ON POINT service. dog hair, sand and other random particles of life are no longer visible on my black interior thanks to howard’s hard work (in the afternoon heat too). howard is the man, let him prove it to YOU!

I have used a few different auto detailers and never called any of them back a second time. This will be the first time. I will call Pittman & Sons again for sure! Howard is meticulous and did a great job on my F-​150. He got all of the nooks and crannies, and my truck feels and looks new again.

It took a while to get a call back, and then I had to wait 2.5 months for my appt. The work done was top notch. I can see why he has a 2+ month back log. My 3 kids abused my SUV for years and Howard undid the abuse in about 5 hours. Awesome job.

I found Howard via a Groupon deal. His detailing is actually DETAILING! Even between the little crevices between the seats & console. I have a Mercedes M Class SUV and although my car is only a year old, he made it look like it just drove off the lot again. It’s been a month ½ since he worked on it and the interiors still feel great and new. No reason for me to roll-​the-​dice again for auto detailing, Pittman is my guy!

Bought a Pittman and Sons detail over the internet for a great gift price. Talked to Howard over the phone and he could not get to detailing my car for over a month. Asked if he could make an exception due to the fact I had my truck on Craigslist and was trying to sell it.
Howard bumped some other appointments and came to my house a couple of days later. Needless to say the truck looked like it was front line ready for a major dealership. These guys are easy to deal with and do great work at an even greater price!

he was at my house on time, and was done in three hours, like he said he would be. Made my 6 year old Chevy Malibu look like new. He exceeded my expectations.
