This place is amazing, from what I learned there is new management. Been here before and had the same experience as all these negative reviews but the changes that have been made are phenomenal!!! I love this place and the individual named Ricky taught me sooooooo much that I can now be a better parent to my fish and reptile. I know my stuff when it come my pets but Ricky was there to guide me through their best care! Ty (made my day)

Great service, decent prices. I saw their «new» store (a few doors down from the old one) it wasn’t dirty, it was a decent size. Guys were helpful they didn’t treat the animals that were there horribly. I’m not sure what the other reviewers mean. My son and I came in, received help immediately bought 3 blood parrots (fish) bought 5 goldfish and they’re STILL alive and healthy. I bought them a few weeks ago. I didn’t realize they were cash only so the fish are in bags ready to go and the guy lets me leave to get cash at 7’11. So my experience was great.

I will NEVER BE BACK HERE! Please if you dont know how or you are too lazy to care for the animals you are selling HUMANELY then dont work at a pet store! All of the animals are in poor health and condition! DISGUSTING!!’

This place is an absolute garbage dump. I went in to buy feeder rats and they showed me the sizing and when I saw the rat I couldn’t believe how disgusting and dirty the rat was. I’m dumbfounded by how this place even is still in business. This place is HORRIBLE

This place is so rotten and dirty. I feel so bad for the fishes. They’re in a small tank. And the turtle seemed so trapped. Ugh this is a sad place!
