History

Established in 2013.

Liberty Call Distilling was created in 2013 as a small craft distillery that would put it’s own spin on popular spirits. From a funky White Rum, to a «non-​ginny» Gin, and a spicy but not sweet Spiced Rum, Liberty Call has created unique flavors for the So-​Cal life style.

We craft everything we make at the distillery, and never use bulk neutral grain spirits for any of our products. Our products contain personalities and flavors that you can not find from a macro-​distiller.

Come by our tasting room and meet the nano-​distillery that has no filters. We make our spirits straight up.

Bill is the Founder of Liberty Call Distilling. With a background in sales, bourbon, rum, homebrewing, as well as being a chemistry major during his 2^nd and 3^rd freshman years, Bill wants to create a portfolio of spirits unique to San Diego.
