IHOP

Not very busy for a Sunday or the fact that’s it Father’s Day and for good reason.
Waitress Keisha was very friendly but also very unknowledgable in regards to food prep & food allergies, etc. Along with that very slow. We got our food super late, it wasn’t hot anymore maybe because it was left out. I ordered red velvet pancakes all the time & they did not taste good at all. Kids hardly ate because they were waiting for things like butter, no regular syrup on our table, that we ended up getting some from another table instead of waiting for it. She forgot some items we ordered. Promised us refills and we didn’t get it till we asked 3x and almost finished with our meals. Well that’s the type of Father’s Day lunch my husband got. Yup not very nice at all.

Horrible service. Our server Kristen took 15 minuets to come to the table and take our drink order. Food was okay but service was horrible on a slow day.

Went for dinner about 7PM. Food was generally good. Service was slow and inattentive. Manager was no where to be seen, until she came to respond to a complaint and then was loud, rude and aggressive. She was not a good listener, but liked to talk and say she had no authority to do anything or she would get fired. The bathrooms were clean (although one soap dispenser did not work) but the rest of the place is going to hell: most seats now have duct tape and some seats seem to have more duct tape than vinyl. It’s disheartening and unappetizing. It makes the place seem like a dump.

The service isn’t the best. Ok, let’s be honest. The service is terrible. They are slow for absolutely no reason. It’s ridiculous actually. The food isn’t bad for what it’s worth. Make sure you have time and patience if you go.

3 of us were travelling and thought we could stop in for a safe dinner. It took maybe 10 minutes for the waitress to even come to the table to ask about drinks. Food came what I would consider a little late, but maybe I was just hungry. One of our diners asked for a water refill (had to ask!) and it was maybe 7 – 8 minutes before it was delivered with a «sorry» attached. Meanwhile, the host/​hostess/​management was loudly counting the till in the vestibule and he was telling a group that they couldn’t sit where they had moved to from across the restaurant, then stomped over to let them know. When we finished, the waitress was no where to be seen. I let the host know that we needed her as we were waiting to leave. He went on about his business with another group, then told another person to let (name) know that table (number) was looking for her. 5 minutes later, the check was finally delivered.

The food is great and for the most part the waiters and waitresses provide great service! My only issue is they need to update their furniture in the waiting room the seats are ripped up with black ducktape covering and even some booths where you are dining have ducktape covering rips. It’s completely unprofessional and looks very tacky. If it weren’t for the great service I would have given this review one star. Update your furniture please

I had placed an order for pick up. When I got there, it wasn’t ready. Then they messed up the order. The girl at the register was new and had to get someone to help her. They fixed the problem and was nice about it. It is a new place that just opened so I’ll give them a break.
The turkey dinner tastes different then other IHOPS I’ve been too.

They make a great eggs benedict, and the pancakes rock! Service was not horrible, but certainly needs improvement. For example, after the meal is served ask if we need anything else (water, more napkins etc)…we needed all of the above. All in all, it’s great bang for the buck.

Its IHOP. If you don’t understand what the IHOP experience is all about, let me make it brief:
My holiday pumpkin pancakes were perfect and delicious. My server was great– very friendly and attentive for an IHOP, in fact. I enjoyed my quick, inexpensive breakfast while I watched two classy Spring Valley women smoke a huge bowl of weed on the sidewalk right outside the window. We all left feeling good about life, I would imagine.

You can’t really mess up eggs, pancakes were great, coffee was some of the worst I ever had. Pretty busy but food came fast.

The restaurant itself is not a bad place. If anything the only gripe I had was with the incredibly unruly people sitting behind us with their kids throwing food everywhere and jumping on the seats but can’t blame the restaurant for that. The food was pretty good except for the fruit cup (looked like the fruits were all dead but I noticed that’s a thing with Ihop). Other than that, I have no complaints.

Came in for a breakfast fix and place has gone to hell. Tables smell because they use the same cloth to wipe over an over again. Pancakes were not thoroughly cooked, French toast was dry and service was lacking. Won’t be here again!

Service is always excellent and they are so nice at this IHOP. The best one I have been to, and they always seat you quickly and efficiently!

Very disappointed in the service here. When my boyfriend and I came in the hostess didn’t even great us. She walked away talking to a co worker when she saw us come in. Then when she came back about 3 minutes later she still didn’t great us. She just says «come this way». She puts our menus on a table and keeps walking away. She put us in a booth that was so close to another I could touch the family next to me without reaching. They weren’t happy either. Then my waitress didn’t even come to the table other than bringing our food. We had to get her to ask for anything we needed. Everytime we went to find her she was in the kitchen eating. Then when she brings me my hot chocolate it was spilling all over. Horrible service.

Ate here a few times. Very good food and good staff. Have always had a friendly wait staff and food has come out warm/​hot, even on busy days. I typically get the breakfast that comes with eggs, bacon, pancakes and hash browns. I’ve also had the chicken with biscuits and gravy. All has been delicious.

If you want to be happy and full. 3 words. Sirloin Tips Bro. If you’re a vegetarian, you can go save the planet somewhere else. These S-​TIPS are bomb, and you get hashbrowns, 2 pancakes and your choice of eggs. The eggs might as well come fertilized because after eating the S-​tips you’ll have a joygasm in your mouth.

Big surprise, the place is very good, clean and service was great. Best iHop I’ve been to, cheers to the management.
Did a double burger with onion rings and swiss, yummy for a chain.
Next week we try breakfast.

Very busy all our food came out cold. After telling our waitress all was corrected will come back b++

I’m a coffee addict and IHOP coffee is amazing. Unlimited coffee woohoo! All the waiters are super nice and food comes out so quickly.
The quesadillas are pretty good. I got an international passport crêpe combo and a side of hash browns and a stack of chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes. SO GOOD THE PANCAKES YUMM. If I wasn’t already food-​coma-​ing, I would finish the stack. And the Swedish crêpe OMG they are the best thing at IHOP. Onion rings are eh and chicken tenders are eh haha get the sweet stuff at IHOP.
