Dennis handles all my insurance needs as well as the needs of all my clients. Top notch!!! Always there when you need him and is very honest. I cannot say high enough praise for Dennis and his team.

My family and I have had only one insurance agent, Dennis Volz, since we moved here 35 years ago. He and his staff have always been extremely helpful in ANY type of situation… from a minor fender bender to a major water loss in my home. I have never hesitated to call him in any situation because I know that my concern will be handled with the utmost care and expediency. I would not consider any other agent! He will always make sure you have just the right amount of coverage to suit your needs.

This State Farm office is great. We have auto, home owners and life insurance with them and always receive excellent service. We are able to take care of most of our needs easily over the phone, but on a few occasions we have been to their office the staff have been very friendly and helpful. They are also so helpful whenever we are in a jam and need some roadside assistance!

Insurance. It sucks to need it, but it’s great to have!
Originally, I signed up for this insurance with Dennis. I had insurance with another agent and it was time for a change. I have been insured with State Farm for over 6 years so this is a valid review of the type of service they provide.
Recently, my kid totaled my car! I called my insurance agent from the scene of the accident and they sent over a tow truck that was there in minutes. Yvonne was very concerned about her safety first. I was able to get a claim number at the scene and send the other driver on their way.
The other driver was in shock that I called my agent and told Yvonne, «Hi Yvonne, it’s Vicki. (Name withheld) was in an accident and the CRV is toast!» She knew exactly who she was talking to. No last name, no policy number. I don’t feel like just another paycheck for them.
The people in this office know you. Listen to your needs and sell you the insurance you need. I am happy that they took the time to sell me the right insurance. My claim is almost complete and I didn’t have any trouble getting them to pay this claim and be fair about it.
