Anastacia’s Travel

My husband and I found Anastacia’s Travel on Unilocal and we contacted her to schedule two trips; one to Houston for a family wedding, and another to Disneyworld. We had specific requests for both trips and in the case of Disney we ended up going through numerous changes to our dates, resort requests and more. Throughout the planning process for both trips Anastacia was flexible, friendly and extremely responsive. After having a great initial conversation explaining our needs most of our communication was done via email and even text (a huge plus for our busy lifestyle). We were pleased with the ease of scheduling both trips as well as the pricing and organization that Anastacia provided. But let’s be honest, the true test of a travel agent is how they handle issues which will surely arise when you are traveling. I can’t say enough about how responsive she was while we were on our trip and how she easily handled the minor issues that came up (none were her fault by the way). I was able to send her a simple text and in minutes receive a response and resolution. We will definitely be using Anastacia for our future travel needs.

Travel to Ireland in July, 2015
My husband and I contacted Anastacia when it was time to schedule our dream trip to Ireland. Other than Ireland itself, Anastacia was the BEST part of that trip!
She always responded immediately to any text or call, even if it was to say ‘I’ll look that up and get back to you”. She is fun and personable, and very easy to talk to. She listened to our (vague, scattered, sometimes contradictory) ideas and thoughts, and managed every time to find the exact type of room or tour or location we were speaking of.
We wanted more of a pub crawl vacation rather than the traditional Site Seeing/​Museum experience — we wanted to feel as though we lived there in Dublin for a week or so. And wow, did she come through! We found and heard traditional Irish music every night we went out. The hotels she booked us in were 4-​star at least.
We flew into Dublin and stayed 2 nights. Then joined a bus tour for 5 nights to see all the southern areas we could — Ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Moher, Dingle Penninsula, — we even had tea and scones in a restored country home. Then back to Dublin for another week — and we just couldn’t have been happier with what we saw and did. All hotels were booked for us, so every afternoon the bus would drop us off, the key to our room was waiting, and no issues or delays.
Again, Anastacia’s level of professionalism and service was wonderful. She took care of all details, leaving me with nothing to do but enjoy my trip — the BEST way to travel by far! She checked on us a few times, just to make sure we were happy and fine — and then we spoke again once we landed back in San Diego. It made me feel safe and connected to have someone stateside looking out for us.
We are planning on returning to the UK (Scotland this time) in another couple of years, and if she will have us back, we will absolutely be using her travel services again. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I used Anastacia for my 21^st birthday trip to Puerto Vallarta. It was a mess, we were supposed to go to Cancun, but a friend confirmed at the last minute and we lost the reservation. So we moved our trip to Cabo, then the hurricane hit. And only 2 weeks before my birthday! It was a mess. But Anastacia worked hard to makes sure we still had a fantastic trip. She rescheduled the trip to Puerto Vallarta and came through for us! All of our accommodations were wonderful and the company she works with in Mexico was very nice and made sure we were comfortable and knew we could call them. Everything was taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Even under pressure and time restraint, Anastacia came through for us.
If you are looking for a 5 star travel agent, use Anastacia. Believe me, you won’t regret it!

Anastacia assisted my mom and I with a recent trip to Europe and did an OUTSTANDING job! We have never travelled to Europe before so everything was new to us and we didn’t have the slightest clue as far as what hotels to stay at and in what areas of the various cities we visited. Anastacia did all the research for us from Greece to Paris and gave us lots of different options as far as hotels, attractions, transportation… You name it, she had it! Not only did she fully research everything, but she also gave us various quotes based on price and ammenities for hotels which was so helpful! The best part about working with Stacia on this trip was how much she cared about all the small details just like we did… It felt like she was with us on our journey and even offered for us to call her if anything went awry (which nothing did)!! She is fabulous and I HIGHLY recommend her for any traveling needs!

Anastacia is phenomenal! I cannot believe her level of service and professionalism. It is out of this world amazing! I been having the hardest time coming up with vacation ideas and budgeting everything in. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of an everything is set to my needs and desires. I cannot say enough good things about her.

So our 25^th anniversary is happening this year, and my wife has always wanted to get to Tahiti. So I (smart guy that I am) decided that we should try the Maldives instead. After speaking with Anastasia she dove in like she was going on the trip. Within a day I had 2 options, then 3 more the next. Wow.
Stacia went above and beyond and when she saw that we were going to get beyond our budget (due to my brilliant decision to change destinations) she went to researching special packages and offers to make it work. I was so appreciative of her efforts I was almost embarrassed to go back to her with Tahiti (since its a day closer and way less money). What happened next was amazing. She already had 5 options to Tahiti before I asked!
Her enthusiasm and dedication to truly making her clients have a great trip is so obvious and very infectious, it makes planning a trip fun, (especially since she is doing all the work!). I would highly recommend Anastasia for any travel you may have.

Let me first say that I’m happy to be Anastacia’s first review. My wife and I were trying to plan a trip to Las Vegas to celebrate our first anniversary. Initially, I had thought that we would do the planning on our own; however, I just so happen to have a brief conversation with a gentleman at the local car wash while we waited. He mentioned that his wife was a travel agent and I told him my wife and I were planning a trip. He subsequently provided Anastacia’s business card. I took the card home but was skeptical because I thought we could plan everything ourselves. However as we began our research, it was tougher than I thought (especially as busy people like everyone is these days), so I thought I’d contact her and see if she could find us a better deal. May seems to be an especially tough time to find deals… the Vegas weather is very nice that time of year so I get it now.
My first impression of Anastacia upon her response to my email is that she is very warm, friendly, and genuinely excited to begin the planning process, a journey so to speak. She asked some general questions to get a feel for our personalities and what kind of experience we wanted. Based on those questions she quickly responded with several options which offered choice and pricing and kept the selection process tailored and easy. All throughout the planning from hotel, flights, the car, etc. Anastacia was very attentive and patient when we changed our mind on something and really listened, especially when we were trying to nail down which shows to see… we saw Jersey Boys, Le Reve, and Beatles Love. All were very good, but I have to say, Jersey Boys was awesome! Also, the private poolside arrangements she reserved for us turned out to be awesome too.
With all plans lined up we were ready to go. The day before we left it was nice to hear from Anastacia wishing us well and said to stay in touch if we needed help. I was worried, but let me say, everything in Vegas went on without a hiccup. So all the planning and guidance from Anastacia made the trip smooth and let us really enjoy our time. Upon our return home she even sent me a couple emails to alert us of a delay with our flight, which was unexpected but very nice of her.
All-​in-​all I would highly recommend Anastacia for your vacation planning needs. She is kind, thoughtful, patient, and funny too :) A+++ Thank you!
