Unreliable. This car service left myself along with my husband and parents stranded in NYC. This company had my dad pay for the round trip in advances Should have known when they make you pay for the return trip that they wouldn’t follow through with their promise. We waited at Chelsea Pier for 1 hour while repeatedly calling the company trying to figure our where our driver was. Thankfully we gave up and walked to Penn Station and caught one of the last trains home to our town in Rockland. Don’t risk it…
