The website seems to suck for the amount of things that they keep in stock. I just randomly called from the Balkans looking for a ECWS Gen 3 Level 6 jacket and the lady was somewhat helpful. For $ 45 used, that’s not bad at all!

A bit overwhelming when you walk in, this place is the super army surplus store before you look anywhere else come here they will more than likely have what you need.

Great selection of gear, prices are about in line with other stores in the area. A few things like ponchos are over priced but, used uniforms are significantly less expensive here than other places. Sewing shop seemed less expensive than other places and appeared to do a good job. I’ve spend a lot of money here, found everything I needed for a course on Bragg.

Of all the military surplus stores I visited in Fayetteville, this one is the best. Unlike most places that had only camos and MOLLE gear, Old Sarge’s has some more interesting items, military manuals, some surplus electronics (I saw lots of handheld GPS units), flashlights, nightsticks, holsters, etc.
That being said, the prices are quite high, though this seems to be a common trait of all the shops in the area.
