I went here for gel manicures religiously almost every two weeks like clock work until the last two times. 3 weeks ago I went and after a week my nail polish had lifted completely on almost every nail. Decided to give a try again today and they let a trainee hack my nails up, make me bleed, and then the owner came over to try and fix the mess she made without an apology. He finished my manicure in a rush in between another client. It’s been one hour and ALL I have done since I left is take a shower and two of my nails are chipped. Gel manicures should last me 1.5−2 weeks with no chipping. I am extremely upset and will not be returning which is a shame because they lost a loyal regular customer.

My usual place is closed on Sunday so I gave this place a try. Was a walk in but didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes to get into a pedicure chair. Got the basic 25 buck pedicure and I got what I paid for. They did a good job. Used a lovely smelling lotion. Trimmed and scrubbed me but it was very rushed. I guess if you upgrade to another spa pedi, you get to linger more. All in all, nice people. Good job. Only weird thing was seeing a piano in the place. Seemed very odd.

This place is great for pedicures — it comes with a warm stone massage which is nice. However I have not had a good experience with manicures here– I’ve gotten gels twice and both times I felt like they were rushing through it and it didn’t look as good as I expected. Also, the last time I went in to have my gels removed and get a regular manicure the girl was kind of rude and seemed irritated like I was wasting her time by having her remove the gels. A pedicure is $ 25 so it’s a good price and I would recommend going here for only pedicures.
