OMGaaah now a hot fudge Sundae can’t even get 5 stars geesh! they couldnt even give me the freaking ice cream peak formed on top that they at least show on a commercial, cheap small glop of hot fudge in the middle and no nuts! didn’t even offer nuts. I am a knucklehead for even thinking something could of gone right here. I’m done.

Service in this location is an atrocity! If you think you can get in and out quickly, think again. During the busy times, I have waited in drive-thru for as much as 38 minutes before getting my order. The only thing worse than the wait is the amount of orders they screw up. I stopped going here after 3 tries because it just seems no matter how slow you speak, no matter how many times you repeat what you want, or how many times they repeat it to you, the order usually comes out wrong. The inside is no cup of tea either, people will walk past you even though they clearly see you standing there waiting to order. The last time I was there, i stood there for 8 minutes before someone acknowledged me, then waited on the black female that was in line AFTER me. When I asked for the manager, I was told she was not in. I will never go back.

Rude cashier. Screwed up my order. Rude managers. Made zero apologies. Soggy fries. Left hungry because i took a refund rather than eat there. In reading their other reviews, it looks like customer service is not a strength.

This McDonald’s restaurant is brand new and has a beautiful, modern interior with lots of touches which help make the facility stand out from the other restaurants in the area offering similar food/services. I’ve been there 3 times since it opened and all of my visits have been great. My only issues with my last visit were the following: 1. It seems like the person who took my order simply gave me what they wanted me to have, rather than what I actually ordered. 2. The behind-the-counter flow of the team taking the orders was out-of-sync with the team making the orders, so it took way too much time to get the simplest things done without a Manager having to step in and assist. I’m sure those things will be worked out over time, though. If nothing else, you should check it out to view the interior. Very cool!
