Established in 1990.

The owner of B&B, William R. Pannhoff, has a degree in Food Service Management, a Certificate in Military Club Management and Military Culinary Upgrade Program and is currently working on his degree in Marketing and Retailing. Mr. Pannhoff is an active speaker at the nationally recognized Catersource Convention in Miami and Las Vegas. Bill is actively involved with several community groups to include Cumberland County Business Network, Military Affairs Committee, the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, Fayetteville Area Economic Development Corporation, Dunn Chamber, Southern Pines Chamber, South Port Chamber & ICA– the International caterers association. Our biggest claim to fame was 92 parties in 5.5 day at the US Open.
