Perfect 10 Car Wash

This place used to get my car so clean. Sadly over the years I’ve had to keep adjusting my expectations down. I haven’t lived In the area in eons and go out of my way to get here so it’s double disappointment when they do a bad job. Last time I’m frequenting this joint.

Impressive! While sitting in the waiting area, a staff member came in and asked who owned the Mercury? I said me. He told me he would like to wash it again because the back of the SUV did not get very clean.
The lady sitting next to me commented, «they always go above & beyond here.»

Fast friendly service. Vacuumed thoroughly, attention to detail inside with complete wipe down. Also dried well.

The service at this car wash is amazing. I am always greeted with a smile and a «thank you for your business» from the employees. If there is EVER a problem with the wash, either interior or exterior, my vehicle is run through the wash again by my request or as suggested by the manager in charge. They will go to great lengths to make sure you are pleased. If it can’t be cleaned or buffed out, you will be told after they have made their best effort. I no longer bother with gas station car washes. This is well worth a few extra dollars for the interior cleaning and excellent customer service.

I have used this car wash regularly for several years and been very happy with them. My car is always clean when they’re done and I appreciate that they hand dry it and will re run it through the wash if something gets missed.

Had not been to this wash in possibly 4 years. Have used other options. Today, I was reminded why. Service was comparable to others, nothing exceptional. I feel like I got duped. I paid $ 26 and had to touch up the windows and spots on the exterior. I also lifted the floormat, and surprise, need to vacuum that as well. I went because I wanted full service, I shouldn’t have to finish myself. For that type of money I should drive away happy as hell. Should have paid $ 5 at the gas station.

I hate when places tell you they don’t accept Amex after you have gotten service!
This place did an ok job but I’m disappointed that they did not seem to care that all I had was an Amex card since there was NO advertising of this prior to having your car go through the wash. On top of that the main can was cleaned but the extended cab was not vacuumed… Not going here again!

I came here because of damages and verbal abuse at central car wash on 18^th. They said trust us. 3 months later at my 1^st wash this huge intake dude held the door for me while I was limping to it and he said don’t worry sir we will take real good care of your car while we have it and laughed in my face. Are these car wash people a scary element or what the heck. Yes, they bashed my inside mirror off windshield also and it was hanging. I was able to pull out on street and re assemble. 1 day later I realized my drivers power window assembly was smashed in pieces as window made a loud glass breaking noise when opened and I have to pay $ 1,600.00 to fix. or do it my self (I am handicapped). The only other possibility is it was broken into. But the mirror made me wish I did not tip like the others r saying. They seemed to do every thing else fairly well But I was forced to use them because central broke both $ 2,900.00 outside mirrors off and fixed them with junk yard crap over 4 month period and I finally had to physically repair myself with there junk parts. Then owner attacked me very abusively verbally in front of 6 other customers calling me a liar and a cheat after I saved him thousands of dollars and I paid hundreds for rentals and rides and gas and time. He said I know every one in the business in town U can’t go anywhere now some r even his relatives he stated. Inferring direct and immediate damage any where else. He was good for his word. Previously I asked the owners wife at 10 and she assured me with a big smile nothing bad would happen. If I was a lawyer they would get it with both barrels at both places and they may still.

Brought my wife’s car in an got the full car wash with shampoo. The car went in extremely dirty and came out somewhat clean. They failed to touch the outside of the center counsel nor the area around the gear selector. We brought the car back the following day only to get told that the that they do not clean around the gear selector nor cup holders in the center counsel nor the door handles. This is absolutely unacceptable for the almost $ 90 paid.
I could definitely do better myself and probably in a faster timeframe. I will not be going back.

Got the «velocity» package, not very clean. My shift bout was still dirty. Suppose they gave up after they broke my rear view mirror off and cracked my wind shield in the process. Manager looked at it, said the guy «bumped it and it just feel off. It’s my fault because the glass is old and the mirror was installed wrong. Manager Noël wasn’t helpful, but it could be owner policy. Now for small claims.

Perfect 10 has never failed to provide quality and friend service to my entire family for years. Recommended!

Best car wash in town. Full service. If it’s not good enough they do it again! I buy season passes every year!

3-​20-​2013 3:30pm WAS the last time I will use Perfect 10. After 22 years with about 20% of the time with a happiness level — Well it’s is not their fault but mine. Why do I go there? The last 3 visits alone were so shoddy (soaking wet floor mats put into the car, interior cleans performed by people who do NOT want the job, really — it’s MY FAULT. I have decided after yesterdays results (or lack there of) that I need to STOP paying for crappy results and STOP tipping for crappy results. I would rather drive a filthy car than pay $ 30.00 +tip to these guys. While there is GOOD in everything, including the employee pool at Perfect 10 … I expect ‘perfect’ or at least to have the back seat vacuumed and not just the change cup cleaned out! If I did not have such a blinding headache at the time — I would have gone back and dealt with management. Today I tried to email them — but their site does not provide contact abilities. So yes, lesson learned. I will go buy a Shammy and wash my own car and dry my own door hinges — — In this economy I will choose to only share my paycheck with those that make me happy.

I show up with a dirty car. I leave with a clean car. I stay warm in the process. Yeah. I’m a fan.
This place really gets just about everything right. The employees are always nice and attentive. The store is clean and offers free coffee and a sniggety-​snack station that puts some truck stops to shame. The cost… could be a bit cheaper (around $ 20 for an over-​and-​under clean) but it’s competitive. The only thing this place could improve is to open more bays on days that you KNOW demand will be high. The first day of sunshine after a week of cold and snow is NOT the day to save on overhead.
Tip: Do NOT roll down your windows for a full day after getting your car washed. This isn’t anything specific to Perfect 10. Just a sweet tip that the hubs taught me to keep me from getting water streaks on my windows from the inside of the window track. You’re welcome.

Ok wash, kind of expensive for the minor interior cleaning job they did. Many other wash places wipe dash and inside, not just windows.

I do not spend a lot of time going to full service car washes so I do not have a lot to compare against. Perfect 10 does an okay job but always seems to miss on some detail. Previous trips they have not put the floor mats in properly and lost the clips the hold them in place. Most recent trip they did not wipe the door jams and rims completely and there was still dirt in places. The rest of the car looks shiny and clean.

I have come here on 3 occasions and the most recent one, two weeks ago, has made it the last! This last visit really tore it, because they placed shampooed floor mats back into the car… wet. I didn’t realize this until the mildew smell a week later. The previous time was during a full detail that included my watching the car just sit there, after dry-​off, untouched for 15 minutes, before getting the «vehicle ready» indication. I pulled out to the drive way to check the hatchback and they’d placed the dirty floor mats in back… uncleaned! I returned to tell the cashier and to let her know that I needed to speak with the manager. This feature, the manager, tried to justify why the mats might still be dirty, instead of telling me that he’d make sure that they’d get cleaned. This business gets a 1-​star rating instead of a 2-​star rating because this manager has no clue as to what conveys adequate customer service. I’m also tired of tipping mediocrity.

Let me explain…
My backseat and trunk are full of shoes. In the morning when I leave for work, I sprint barefoot through the cold, sleet, wind, hail and heat to pick out a pair of fetching heels to go with my outfit. Logical? No. But convenient. Add to the pile of stilettos: fistfuls of receipts, coupons for Express, a hula hoop that was supposed to tighten my abs, funeral fliers, wedding invites, and old Starbucks cups, and you will see that in order to go get my car cleaned, I would have to spend an hour cleaning it myself first.
I am also terrified of normal carwashes-​always think some dead body is gonna flop down on my car. I have issues.
So the Boy grew disgusted with my bad car hygiene and the Parents bought me a gift certificate for full service at Perfect 10.
After spending the required time cleaning all the crap out of the backseat (some of it I just threw in the trunk), I arrived here, not sure what to expect.
Pull in, ten guys swarm my car while I am still in it. Vacuuming, scrubbing, blowing dust around, you name it. I clutch to my chest my purse, proof of insurance and few leftover items I hadn’t had time to remove, jump out of the car and ask them what they want me to do.
«Whatever you want!» Some guy growls at me while flipping over my floormats.
A nicer gentleman opens the door to the customer waiting area and points me in the right direction.
Told the girl at the counter that it was my first time there and I wasn’t sure how the full-​service wash worked. (I know, I know. I sound very ditzy but somewhere out there is a girl who knows exactly what I’m talking about.)
She took my gift certificate without a word and as I walked over to where I saw other customers waiting, called after me that I had forgotten my pick-​up board. Ok, thanks for explaining.
Since the customer service aspect was pretty minimal, they had a few signs posted, such as «Walk out to car when sign flashes ‘finished’». And «Keep track of your valuables,» «leave keys in car,» «open ashtrays,»
I wish there had been one that said «get the hell out of your car ASAP! Collect your belongings, do not fall on slippery service floor and do not pass go. Run! Run! Run!»
I felt panicky and unsure of myself the whole time I was there, but the guys did an immaculate job on my Lincoln. Would have posted pictures but an hour later a bird pooped on the back window.
