I’m very happy with the service at AGP, Blaine.
I had a new windshield installed only one week ago, went on a long trip, and got a big chip! The chip was pretty big, along with a crack… but I didn’t want to put in another $ 300 windshield. I’d rather try a repair… even if there was no warranty and even if it only got me another 6 months of life.
I called 6 (SIX!) other companies and got a bunch of crap. They argued with me about how big the chip crack was, whether it was a chip or a crack, whether or not they’d do it, whether or not there would be a warranty, etc. Onsite Auto Glass, the company who did the original window, gave me more crap than any of them! Hey, I don’t expect a warrantly! And I don’t blame them for another rock chip! I just want to pay them another 75 bucks to try a repair!
Anyway, back to AGP. Kirk came out. He was on time, friendly, and efficient. I can’t even see the damage anymore. Thank you for taking my money and making me feel good about it!
