Established in 1996.

After working in the property management field for close to 15 years, but for someone else, I decided to open my own office… So, in January 1996 I did just that. We’ve been going strong since. Originally from Connecticut I worked for a large property management office as the secretary/​bookkeeper for over 7 years, then moved to Florida in 1985. By 1986 I had my real estate license and continued to work for brokers, builders and finally MYSELF!

After moving to Florida and not being able to find a «job» even back then, I went to school and got my real estate license. After a few years, went back to school and got my brokers license… I received my PRM (professional residential manager) designation from FARPM and I continue with my education in the real estate and property management fields. This office is dedicated to those we help… either by placing them in a home or by finding them a qualified family to lease their investment.

Sally A. (another property manager in my office) and myself have over 50 years of property management experience.
