Waited 45 minutes without even so much as an we will be with you soon Finally just left. Wouldn’t ever go to this location again.

The staff here were not helpful at all when our phone was dropped in water. We were in Florida on vacation and needed assistance with getting a new phone. Rude and unhelpful staff if you have an actual problem with one of their phones. These people are nothing like our local Verizon staff (Middletown NY). For what we pay per month (plus the insurance we pay for!), they should have been doing back flips to help us out. Sales associate was condescending and talked to us like we were a couple of idiots. Will never go back to that store and recommend that others should steer clear! Goes to show Verizon will hire anyone with a pulse. Just for the record, I couldn’t find this godforsaken place on Unilocal– so– the actual address is: 1385 Commercial Way Spring Hill, FL.
