Established in 2005.

Spring Hill Physicians opened in June 2005 to serve the growing needs of the community. We strive to exceed our patients expectations with every visit! All of our physicians are board certified and see patients of all ages for wellness exams, diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism and sick visits. Dr Jennifer Broyles joined our group in 2008, and has a professional interest in Women’s Health. Dr Raymond Michael Brewer joined our group in 2011, after practicing for 20 years in Collierville, TN. Dr Brewer has a professional interest in Preventive Care. Dr Philip Harrelson joined our group in 2012, after practicing locally in Spring Hill for the last six years. Dr Harrelson also has a professional interest Preventive Care.
